    Okay sure.... be happy and grateful that you do have food, and are part of this show. Be grateful for the people who grew and harvested the rice, be grateful for the sun that shone and made it grow. These are actually buddhist principles, mindful meditation about food. lts pretty interesting. Looking as ripped af Cody. Hard work paying off.

    P.S. I just realized we wear the same kind of socks..they are so comfy too! I just got mine a couple of months ago and realized when you tapped the scale on this video

    Do your proteins go up when your carbs go down for food? I imagine it takes a LOT of calories to maintain the awesomeness? I'm cheering you on from northern Minnesota! You got this!

    Unfortunately when carbs go down, nothing else gets upped because we have to bring total calories down too. But I am still at 175g of protein so that is plenty to keep the current muscle! :)
