    They did it to prepare for war, but accidentally built a foundation of "healthy body, healthy mind" society for a while, which is why 60s USA was AMAZING.

    I’m was born in 1981 in Sweden and we did these types of gymnastics at school, alongside other sports. Good times!

    This would have been super fun to do at school, but even dodgeball was outlawed in my state. I ended up doing all of these calisthenics and gymnastics exercises as warm-ups when I joined my university's MMA/grappling club, especially jumping into forward and backward rolls. It was a blast and I became so much more agile.

    Wish they did that for me at school. They got hella lazy in my graduating year (2017) when we were taught by a lazy gym teacher who basically had half the class sit the whole time

    I did this sort of exercises when i did P.E at school in the 1970's even down to the P.E kit except we didn't wear pilmsolls

    and Most if not all of these people are now deceased. One day I too shall grow old and fade away, and the river of time shall flow forever onward. Ahh life, you both amaze yet frighten me.
