Excellent tutorial - not just guidance for distortion correction, but related tidbits of information applicable to pano creation and general photo editing, much appreciated! I've used PS for quite a while, but the program is so intricate you can always learn something more.

I found this tool to be a hidden gem. Us it all the time. FYI, holding down the shift key while placing a line will force it to be either horizontal or vertical, which ever it is closer.

Great tutorial but what about issues with filling with content aware that I face using Marquise tool ; the are needed to be filled is huge and I've tried another approach in P's CC which is crop -content aware tool it gave me stitched image with color variation at borders that render the whole photo as stitched photo ? Any clue ? Thanks for the post.

In the correction drop-down, I don't have the panorama selection. Can you think of any reason for that? I stitched my pano in PTGui and imported the TIFF file. Does this matter?

They've removed the Panorama option in 2019... I shot a panorama with an iPhone and I'm trying to remove the barrel distortion... :(
