Great Video! One nagging question is to you varnish or acrylic spray the puzzle after or before you cut it to seal the puzzle pieces?

Great video. Where do you get the puzzle template you used to form the actual puzzle. I am looking for a 4 by 6 pattern.

+Richard Tollison I used Skil brand blades. They have a 3 pack with different sizes. www.skiltools.com/Accessories/Pages/Accessories.aspx?cid=3014 I like Bosch spiral blades as well. They are on the shelf at a Lowe's near my home.

Beautiful work although the speed gave me anxiety for your fingers! Do you know if flying dutchman does pin blades? I'm absolutely new to this and don't have the greatest of saws so I was hoping to get by until I get better and put more money towards a better machine. Thanks for the great video!

Why did it look like the layers were hard to separate after cutting? I normally do one puzzle at a time as they are for my daughter and I don’t want them to all have the same piece layout. Are you using photos printed from an inkjet? Any finish on the puzzle after cutting?

I used photo paper. The pieces stuck together because I got some spray glue on the pictures.

Russell'sWoodshed Spray glue is a PITA. I never get a clean cut when using photo paper, the blade seems to pull ink off leaving a white line along all the cut edges.
