I worked in a call center doing billing support (but really it was sales at every opportunity). After 3 months working in a loud environment, where the bosses would come out every day and shout and have a big celebration for the top sales guy, and I couldn't hear my damn customers, I quit. I was very good at my job but if you don't treat your customers/prospects with the respect of being able to hear them, I don't want to work there.

regardless if you like the video or not, you watched it which added to the views. You guys are missing the point of these videos the reason people are hyped up and confident is because they believe in the product. The people hating are the ones that are content with living a mediocre life and are not will to make the calls to break through all the noise. And ya some of these guys like mike are acting like a tool, but are you doing anything with your life that you feel that amped up about? For real Grant Cardone has helped people all around the world achieve their own success that it would be unethical not to push for a sale. The program does cost money but your ROI will be 2x,3x, the amount you paid. The point is, the ones leaving objectionable comments and negative post, never leave a resource that they them self's personally use, or state their case with facts, are they even in a financial position, or in a decision making position to make an objectionable comment, if not then they really have no room to talk.

High pressure tactics (constant calling and harassing) as shown by GC are not effective. You need to be empathetic, take time with your calls and encourage them through the pipeline with a friendly, personable persona.

Just making a lot of phone calls is like asking a guy to go down a list of people asking each if they want to buy. He could do it robotically and eventually get someone to buy. Not a complete answer but I guess there are some people out there that don't understand that. I didn't get much from this video, but it is good to go over the basics.

There is one trick called mirror and reflect, if you hear the guy on the other side talking slow and with low energy you gotta reflect that and talk slow also, not like the common sales guy at the beginning who yells on the phone. People like people who are similar. If my energy is low and someone calls me and starts yelling on the phone with great energy i will just hang up.
