사출공정 게이트 버 사상 공정은 어느 플라스틱 공정이든 비슷비슷 하군요 ㅎㅎ 휴대폰 케이스는 아니지만 플라스틱 제품 공정 많이 다녀봐서 사출기랑 전부 익숙하네요 ㅎ 추억입니다 케이스 만들어지는 과정도 잘보았습니다

Luckily, the phone I now own offers some very nice cases. I just got one in the mail--with a cat grinning at me surrounded by pretty flowers--and am waiting for another!😁

쌀알처럼 생긴 플라스틱 원재료를 금형에 넣으면 재료가 녹으면서 형태를 만들고 완성물이 외부로 나온다…원하는 디자인대로 금형을 만드는 비용이 만만치 않더라구요 우여곡절 끝에 생산을 했지만 유통에 실패해서 전량 폐기했습니다. 저에겐 너무 가슴아픈 영상이네요.

저랑 비슷하시네요. 힘내세요. 15년전 휴대폰케이스용 금형 기준으로 천만원정도 필요했었죠.. 지금은 모르겠네요.

@@wonseong4545 한 오년전이네요. 국내제작은못해도 천만원이었어요. 중국업자에 속아서 첫단추부터 잘못 끼우는 바람에 매우 고생했던 기억이 납니다.
