We were impressed to see all the remarkable CNC machines and automotive manufacture process and the smart people work there. Even more impressive is their own in-house factory management system. So CNC = Numerically Controlled Machining does it? And G code? Who told you that?

Is that how much cost if you want to create new design of case ?
The simple way is EDM machine.. it cut using electrical through the positive mould.... and wire edm actually a wire cut... it cut using wire and its faster than edm machine... and some of the edm using diesel fuel to submerge the mould... edm machine also can make a moulding...
