I was stationed in Korea in 1956. I had never seen such poverty the people had nothing. It's wonderful to see how they recovered from the Korean war in just 70 years since the end of the conflict.

They are a perfect example of hard working citizens to uplift their country.

I worked in making plastic boxes for 10 years and my Lord every piece was hard work because of overflows due to lousy machines and bad moulds. Everyday, every shift was hell. This factory seems like paradise, good machines, moulds, raw materials and processing methods. I wish it was Korea I spent those 10 years at. Bravo Korea manufacturing. You should be world superpower.

@@burcangan I'm worked in factories in the United states with poor equipment and it was hell to. I arrive in Korea 2 and 1/2 years after the end off the war., the whole country was in bad shape from what the war and done to your people. It is men like you who worked in hellish condition to build the country into it is today. You should be proud of you self for what you did, I know I'm proud of the Korean people. From what I've seen on the news and the internet It isn't the same county I saw. All the roads were dirt, hardly any trees no high building. I was 18 teen years old when I was there in fact the day I arrived in Korea was My 18th birthday. God bless you.

Oh wow, they use plastic injection molding machines. I used to be that guy that was setting the big metal mold in place at the beginning of the video. It's an interesting process and messing with the machines parameters in terms of how much pressure to apply for the plastic injection, cool time, and plate start-stop, plate speed, clamp location, etc... helps you learn more about how machines work.

저 금형이 무쟈게 비싸겠죠? ㅠㅠㅠㅠ 산업혁명 이후 300년이 지났지만 아직까지 대량생산, 규모의 경제의 꽃은 사출, 프레스니까요 ㅠ 테슬라는 심지어 자동차 몸체까지 통째로 프레스하겠다고 할 정도니

Bonjour Sûrement moulé en polypropylène ou polyéthylène , le moule mériterait quelques retouches pour éviter ses bavures, je suis surpris qu'il n'y ai pas une cage de sécurité quand le robot descends sur le tapis , en tous cas la cadence est sympa mais j imagine que l opérateur ne fait pas que ça 😁

플라스틱 상자라 그렇게 까다롭진 않아보이는군요. 자동차 실내용품 사출은 엄청 까다롭습니다.

Dann sind das 2 K- Maschinen . Die haben wir auch. Bei kleinen Maschinen , schiebt sich die "Indexplatte" raus, dreht sich um 180 Grad fährt wieder rein. Dann wird die 2. Komponente eingespritzt. So wie bei deiner Zahnbürste mit dem Gummi Griff. Bei den Großen Teilen dreht sich auf der Auswerfer Seite, dass Komplette Werkzeug. Bei Autoteilen, dreht er sich auch auf dem Boden. Ich sehe mal bei KZread nach , ob ich das noch finde.

대충 찍으면 쉽다고 할 수 있는데 자동차 내장재와 달리 사출 후 변형이 심합니다. 영상에도 변형 때문에 지그 쓰는 게 보이네요. 금형 만들 때 냉각도 변형 고려해야 하고 사출조건도 그거 잡으면서 찍어야 해요. 그리고 사출 까다롭기로 보자면 TV 사출이 자동차 사출보다 훨씬 어렵습니다. 자동차 인테리어 내장재 중에 알사출로 쓰는 물건 별로 없어요. 영상에 칼로 사람이 마무리 하니까 별거 없어보이는데 저런 물류쪽은 금형을 자산이 아닌 소모품으로 보는 경향이 강해서 엄청나게 혹사 시킵니다. TV금형 2년 찍으면 폐기로 가지만 자동차는 10년 정도, 물류 금형은 수명이란게 없을 정도로 혹사키고 사이클타임을 당겨 댑니다. 사출실력 비교할 문제는 아니에요.
