The control panels using relays, mechanical time delays, hard wired, etc. No PLCs or control logic blocks. All ladder logic hard wired.

I was a maintenance mechanic for 38 years, and although I learned how to troubleshoot and repair machinery, it still baffles me how engineers come up with this intricate stuff.

First time I have seen bulb manufacturing company. Know need to say that the Korean products are undoubtedly good 👍 in all respect. My good wishes to all employees of the bulb company.

Так с большинством вещей, но единожды отработанный процесс работает и себестоимость конечной продукции стоит копейки, с минимальным браком. И да, это оборудование иногда но ломается, и его периодически нужно останавливать на ТО.

Главное, сейчас, газ, который они используют в больших объемах и, все же, присутствует ручной труд. Тупой, но все же ручной.

Моя мама, когда я была маленькая, брала, иногда, меня на предприятие, там были разные производственные цеха. Она работала слесарем контрольно измерительных приборов. Ох! Это было очень, очень, очень интересно!!!! В СССР мы жили тогда. Спасибо, ребята, за ваши видео. Они познавптельны для детей👍👍👍👍

У нас светотехническое производство раз 20-30 более крупное было, и работало эффективнее. А тут какая-то артель "Напрасный труд". Но тем не менее наши заводы развалили, а там работают...

이 설비를 만드신분은 얼마나 많은 땀과 눈물..그리고 수많은 좌절을 느껴야 흘려야 했을까요.. 존경합니다. 전구를 만드는 장비를 본게 아니라 인간이 얼마나 위대한가를 느끼게 해주는 영상이었습니다.

Vedere tutte queste macchine che lavorano in sincrono è incredibile. L'ingegneria che è servita per costruire queste macchine e poi farle lavorare insieme, solo a pensarci, è allucinante! Grazie, questo è stato un episodio eccezionale.

Вот такие бы ролики показывать 30 лет назад, чтобы советские люди видели на каком древнем оборудовании работают за рубежом и ценили свои собственные предприятия. А ведь СССР был мировым лидером по производству источников света.

@@user-cu5cq3iv5v ну так и показывали сколько было видеофильмов и роликов про разные заводы а в 90е всем стало пофиг на эти заводы с криками на западе делают классные вещи а у нас брахло( как потом оказалось делали не хуже чем там) под руководством Чубатого и Ко стали банкротить

The assembly line is surprisingly accurate, able to pick up glass pieces and line them up automatically without breaking or jamming. Only one step was done by hands wherethey straightened out the wires. The machine must have gone through multiple revisions until it worked this smoothly.

The mass produced pear shaped light bulb design is from the 1920's, so most of this machinery is probably from that era.

한국에도 60W 백열전구가 장식용 전구 베이스로는 나오는군요! 오래오래 번창하시길~ 소비전력 많은 것 빼고는 정말 장점 많은 전구입니다. 카메라 찍을 때는 연색성이 좋아 피부색이 훨씬 화사하게 나옵니다. 그리고 전기품질이 나쁘더라도 빛의 깜빡임이 거의 없습니다.

Я на заводе 30 лет назад сидел в третью смену дежурным электриком в 3 часа ночи и смотрел как лампы делают :)))

Спасибо огромное за этот фильм. Показал внукам, сам посмотрел с огромным удовольствием. Никогда бы не подумал, что такую хрупкую вещь, как лампочка изготавливают машины без "мягкой" защиты. Кажется, вот чуть придавят и нет лампочки. Вот уж поистине высокоточное оборудование!

영상에 나오는 전구는 우리가 흔히 아는 E26 규격이 아니라 장식용 전구에 쓰이는 낮은 출력의 E14, E17규격의 전구로 보입니다. 백열전구가 시장에서 퇴출되었다고 하지만 장식용으로 주로 사용하는 E14와 E17, 그리고 할로겐 전구라고 알려진 MR16 규격의 전구는 퇴출되지 않았습니다.

I only use incandescent bulbs because LEDs create unhealthy blue light and dirty electricity.,

Fascinating. It’s sad to think the incandescent bulb as we knew them are pretty much obsolete at this point in many countries. I have never seen a 60-watt bulb in that size envelope (bulb shape/size). Very cool process!

They prohibited production, but you can still buy new incandescent bulbs. They even consume less energy like the old ones. But they are mostly made in PR of China, some are from Ukraine and Poland. Never seen korean ones.

Great video. Most people never get to see this. I have seen a number of plants modify their proc use to use string LED's in place of the tungsten filament to allow them to continue to use most of their high speed equipment and have a similar enough process that they do not require massive re tooling to produce bulbs. same bulb and pinch stem and sealing process. Just no vacuum

Amazing! All this automated production line - and at the end they put every single one by hand into a lttle box. :)

Lâmpadas de tungstênio, na verdade deveriam melhorar com o gás halogeno, lâmpadas incandestes não era para parar de serem fabricadas, pois as leds, e fluorescentes não aguentam baixa temperatura, enquanto as incandescentes são mais eficientes em climas frios.

@@Rafael_Foreva eu moro em um país com calor, e não influencia no aquecimento dos fios, basta ter o dimensionamento correto e a bitola certa para cada circuito, os LEDs são mais econômicos eu sei, mas as incandescentes são mais confortáveis para a visão deixam o ambiente mais aconchegante, apesar que não as uso porque esquentam demais os ambientes, se vc amigo mora em um país frio, as incandescentes são uma boa opção, eu moro no Brasil, e vc que país vc é?

@@Rufuslacrew это контроль коробочек? Миллионы лампочек упаковывает?! Контроль зажигания на станке пройден. Зачем с конвейера в конвейер вручную перекладывают, в линии не хватает какого-то звена? Вообще, складывается впечатление, что не хватает нескольких звеньев. Местами детали ссыпаются в кучу, затем сложный процесс извлечения и выравнивания на новой линии! Ощущение, что заводские конвейерные линии - трафейные и не в полном составе, одни станки гениальные роботы, другие полны примитивизма - логически недоработаны. Контроль. Ок. Зачем в таком объеме? Внешний осмотр 10% не даёт гарантии, что в продажу не попадут лампочки с трещинами. А где в наше время применяются лампы накаливания? Зачем их изготавливают? В колбах присутствует инертный газ? Нити вольфрамовые или продвинутый сплав? Хотя да, ролик о крутом конвейере! Большое спасибо, впечатляет! Но осталось больше вопросов чем ответов!

@@torelipse4558 Есть ретрограды считающие что нить накаливания лучше для глаз. На этом канале в основном демонстрируются премиальные категории товаров. Ибо кому надо подешевле а не покрасивше купят китайское. В россии выпускаются 100 ватные лмпы как"обогреватели". Станки скорее всего американские.

@@torelipse4558 на станке не проверяется горение лампы, а идёт закалка спирали. В конце все лампы проверяются не только на факт горения, но и в случаи трещин и натёка в них воздуха, они белеют от сгорания вольфрама в кислороде. Это определяется визуально а не просто наличия контакта в цепи.

correction: they do remove the air at 7:35, the bulb is fitted onto a rubber thing and when the clamps release you can see the bulb gets sucked downwards as the air is pumped out, they go into what i think is an induction oven to heat the metal inside the bulb to boil off dissolved air (yes air can dissolve in metal, more properly its diffused in, this is why helium balloons go flat after a few days, the gas is able to penetrate between the plastic molecules, same goes for metal, air molecules gets trapped between the metal molecules) then you can see when the high voltage is applied the bulbs glow purple so the air has been removed, then it is flame sealed off

Modern light bulbs don't rely on vacuum alone. An inert gas is added for better performance, such as argon.

На советских заводах такие станки 50 лет назад работали... Возможно, это оно же и есть, демонтированное и вывезенное из России, Казахстана и с Украины в 90_е годы оборудование.
