My wife and I first heard PCD sing this song almost 20 years ago and thought it was one of the most powerful songs they had ever written. We saw them again this March and sing it again as well as many of their new ones and it is just as powerful today as it was when the apostle Paul first penned those words to the Galatian church over 2000 years ago.

One of the best songs ever written. So often we talk about the struggles we have as Christians but we don't tell the world about the strength and joy that comes from serving our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

"His cross will never ask for more than I can give.". The definition of that "severe blessing" that gives us everything but requires a payment. By age six I had relative pitch and a 2&1/2 octave range. That was how I worshipped Him. In 2003, Stage 3 kidney cancer discovered by "accident". The blessing...cancer free since then. The cost...my singing voice completely ruined. My severe blessing. His cross almost asked for more than I THOUGHT I could give. Still cancer-free but must wait till Heaven to sing His praises again!

They do not want the glory. Its all for Him! So if you expect some wild and crazy performance that draws attention to the one performing then you may want to stick with Aero Smith or Bon Jovi.

Let All who want to come, come. For God so loved the World that He gave His only Son. That whoever believes in Him may not perish but have eternal life. John 3:16.

That's right! It's not about one's performance. If it is, then it becomes more about the artist (self) and less about worship, about God! We (Christians) are not here to entertain or to put on a good show, but to exalt His name, Jesus Christ! Now that's true worship!!

So many Christian artists lift my heart to the Throne of Grace. No secular artist can do that. I may enjoy their voice, the song, but they don't lift my heart from my chest and make me feel I am kneeling at the feet of Almighty God

This is me here stressed with work and I see myself crying with this song. God I crucified with you and I live. I cried because God reminded me that I will continue to live with Christ despite all the challenges. God I want to sing for you with these voices and inspire others as well.🙏

I saw them in concert at my church Fletcher Emmanuel Church Alive in Lumberton, Texas) about 20 years ago. They opened for Kathy Troccoli. They are all pastors. It was an awesome concert. Beautiful music!
