I loved this man and it hurt me when he “fell.” I was in early college and thought so much of him. I later went to a gather concert in Kentucky, and was so happy to see him. We all fall, and I love that the Lord redeems!!

He had no idea this song was Michael English in the future. Broken, Michael God used you as you fell from a great pedestal. Now you have to live the broken spirit that fulfilled your message without knowing. Your are forevermore forgiven for all your sins. I know it was painful but what if I told you it was His plan all along to drag you through the mud. Then He would make you white as snow. And you would testify in your soul that your song who has bless many of us would be your test of faith. I love you brother. Grace to you always. Your song minister to me. You have no idea the pain I have endured. I don't what I would do if I could not listen to this song daily.

I love Michael English I been following him since the 90's when he was on TBN a lot and when he went through his terrible trials and lost everything. Now because of Jesus he is restored and doing good again. This song " IN CHRIST ALONE " always touches my heart when I hear it !!!

Same with me. Love them both. I saw Carmen in 1994 in KC. Carmen came in the place and immediately you could feel the Holy Spirit.. He will be greatly missed. I saw him interviewed after a few years away because of his cancer and he couldn't believe that people still remembered and wanted to hear him sing. What a humble man Michael English has an incredible testimony for the world and equally as incredible voice. I first heard him sing this song in 1993 and its been my favorite since.

We know that the devil attacks without mercy when God's children begin winning souls, but so many go out unprepared for just how sneaky and brutal those attacks can be. Sadly the temptations can even come in the form of seemingly Godly women who become infatuated with men in ministry: it seems completely counterintuitive but the fact is that for the most devout of Christian women there is nothing in this world more attractive than a man who is devoted to serving the Lord. Prayer, prayer and more prayer is needed to keep lust out of our eyes and hearts.

Awesome song to listen to repeatedly. Michael you are a great gifted singer that is much appreciated. You'll probably never see my message, or never meet you. But you also are a great singer with the GVB group. God bless and be safe.

You cannot use the woman caught in adultery as a defence. The only reason she wasnt stoned was because under Jewish law they needed two or three witnesses. There were not that many. Jesus (Yeshua knew this and called their bluff) Yes he repented and did pay the price. I will choose mercy over judgment in this case. (Amos 7:9, James 2:13)

It is sad that we as believers must be derided over our past by fellowers. I accepted Christ at a young age and was doing okay I thought. Satan knows just where and when to tempt us. When we fall we need to push forward and make the decision if we are going all in for the Lord. I am glad to say that I made that decision and so did Mike. You can hear it in the way he gives you the gift of this song, inviting you to find the all suffiency in CHRIST ALONE.
