If so, then why Brunei signed an agreement to grant and cede North Borneo to the British North Borneo Company on 29/12/1877? Where is the agreement between Sulu and Malaysia regarding the rent? Why payment only from 1963 until 2013? Why the amount so little? Why in Malaysian dollar? Why not take Malaysia to court for not paying in 2013? How about Sulu? Do you have any proof?

Me be like:- Why doesn't Philippines use all those plastics and connect all their islands with each other, and make it a perfect country with suitable lands from that damn archipelago, which is very very prone to Typhoons?
