Here in the Philippines we often use a half split coconut husk as a floor polishing tool. It was very fun to use as a grade schooler as grade schooler are tasked to clean their classrooms before classes end in a way to teach kids about responsibility and the importance of tidying up at an early age. We would sometimes play and kick the coconut husk like a ball.
