In the early 1973 I was introduced to this group and have being a true believer ever since. Even name my construction company after them. A lot of my life changes had there songs involved.

This guy is an icon no doubt and a real part of the soundtrack of my life. As a gen X guy he was a prevailing influence and now my kids appreciate him. Timeless period.

Nic clearly took after his dad in more ways than one. He’s pure class... Just like Phil has always been! I think that can be said about all his children... Thank Goodness!

Absolute credit to Nicholas to nail that song and hope he will continue to follow his fathers footsteps to become one of the worlds greatest drummers - well done and my thoughts and prays go out to Phil - that song has been with me since I first heard it at 11 years old from the neighbours up the hill who used to play it late at night during parties an now I'm 53 and still thrash it out on the record player frequently for the neighbours to enjoy

His kit is like an exact mirror of Phil's. Somehow I expected him to be left handed on the drums as well. That's some gig for a kid barely out of school! It's wonderful to see father and son but it makes me sad that Phil seems so frail. There's a really good interview with Nick about his drums and boy, the guy is so mature and professional about his music. These will be lifetime memories for him. Hope he makes it big in the business for a long career. We need a great original band. It's also kind of fun that he has 10x as much hair on top as Phil (or I) ever did😀. I used to see how my hair loss compared with Phil at the same age as me but I got well ahead of him by age 40.😖☹🙄

I've always loved in the air tonight! I grew up in the '80s and just because I grew up in the 80s doesn't mean I don't like the eighties I love you Phil Collins did some pretty good songs in the 80s!

OK, this kid is no joke. Check out it his band 5800 and take a look and hear just how good this kid is. Besides, no father would let his kid play on his tour just because he was my son. He would have to be exceptionally good and above standard and this kid hits the mark. This is so awesome and I hope I get a chance to see and hear Phil and his kid on tour.

He may not be able to stand or drum anymore, but he is still a gift & still has his Gift! Love the passing of the torch as well. 🌹🌹🌹

Wierdly enough. i was standing approximately 20 meters away form the guy that filmed this. I must admit it was excellent. a truly extraordinary show. he started off with another day in paradise and ended off with take me home. An excellent start and finish to a truly excellent live performance.

Good job kid. Watching you count out your time in pure anticipation while waiting to come in was the showmanship of experts of This craft! Don't ever lose that.
