I did not know at first that he was a drummer for the band, with Peter Gabriel being the singer. Maybe I messed up the history, but I recall the part where he was asked to sing and man, the voice, so talented. It is like he was born for this, so seeing him play the drums just makes me smile. What is also interesting, all the great singers back then influenced their music with music from other countries, here you can hear African, Sting had some Ska and Reggea in his music. All about experimenting, just like recently Igor from Stoned Jesus said.

I was an alcoholic for 10 years , I was addicted to heroin for 2. My life consisted of prison, violence and total dark misery. But that was until Jesus Christ came into my life 2 years ago when I got myself away to rehab after my last jail sentence. Now I go into schools and speak about the dangers of drink and drugs and I am linking up with the organisation youth for Christ next year. Thank you for this beautiful song and thank you Jesus for your faithfulness and your compassion every single second of every single day.
