Waqas Omar That was Pucci’s interpretation of heaven. It isn’t explicit if DIO’s intentions with heaven were the same as his.

While that's not expressly stated, for the general population, it's implied. Straits was able to resist the effects of vampirism through sheer willpower in the end and of all the JoJo's, Johnathan is said to be the purest. Jojos are basically the peak of humanity, often over 6 ft tall and Jacked naturally with ironclad wills to boot. If Johnathan is the peak of JoJo's when it comes to maintaining goodwill and mercy... I don't doubt he would be able to resist it.

Also, since I hadn't fully seen part 1, I didn't think about Dio ever meeting Zeppeli or learning about hamon. But as for this series, it's doing things better and with such great detail.

What an interesting thread to unwind. This adds more intrigue to phantom blood. Like how could I see Dio as a good guy? No humility in him. But the scenario is just too gripping too ignore. If Araki had problems due to him being a beginner during the 80's, this would be wonderful to explore again, this makes me wonder of other possibilities like Jonathan surviving PB and such. As a lover of part1, This really excites the spirit. And for some reason, I get Alucard vibes from Jonathan for some reason. That calmness.

In that book that was supposed to be his journal, Dio wonders what would have happened if he hadn't experimented with the stone mask before trying to use it on Jonathan. He wonders if Jonathan would have become an undying force for evil and then he, Dio would then become a hamon user to fight him, he dismisses such thoughts as it didn't match their respective personalities.

Thank you very much. Despite the large number of characters and my enjoyment of playing Dio as often as I get the chance to, I think in the end I really cherished the chance to give a voice to old George most of all.

When I heard, "How does it feel Dio?" I immediately thought about when Jotaro said that on the Road Roller.

I adore this! It's so on point! Had things going just a little bit differently with the story I could see this as canon! It's more cerebral than the original Phantom Blood, and I like that there hasn't been much violence yet, and that we get to see a seemingly more caring and paranoid Dio, and a totally inscrutable Jonathan! Goddamn this is good!!

It's pretty far from happening in canon, since Dio planned to kill George. Also Dio would absolutely revel in glory if he managed to make jojo leave the house for whatever reason, he's not paranoid kinda villain like kira or diavolo.

Dio is the type to revel in victory and knowing jonathan alive and kicking would make that victory hollow and unstable. Any moment, jojo could still take everything from him so he had the right to be anxious you know.

This was just recommended to me and I must say this is awesome! This really deserves way more views.

There's a fanfiction called "Jojo But Like Reversed" with one-shots where the Jojo good guys are bad and the bad guys are good. In this AU, Jonathan turned into a vampire and was defeated by Dio, but evil vampire Erina lived on and raised their descendants to be narcissistic and wreak havoc on Earth. She's also the biological mother of Giorno, Versaces, Rykiel, and Ungalo instead of Jonathan and Dio in this version; these four are good.

This is so good. This alternate story looks great. You people are talented!
