If you look up a man's face before and after war, you see the same thing. When someone sees things that are unspeakable to an extent beyond what anyone could imagine, their eyes change. They're sharp, but blank, almost like they're looking through you. Some say it's because the horrible things that they've seen "stain" the eyes, or something along those lines. They're essentially a massive neon sign that says "I've seen horrible things." My dad went through the same thing for reasons I would prefer to keep to myself. I know it all too well.

It doesn't add up because Araki explained the source of the Joestar-like powers are all explained (Spirit Photography via Jonathan's body's stand, time stop via his own, and healing Pucci's foot via vampiric powers rather than Crazy Diamond. My personal theory is that The World would be Jonathan's stand. Since he was a hamon user, Dio herited his hermit Purple, but if he wasn't, he would have a regular stand, awakened when the arrow hit his body. The interactions between Polanreff and Jotaro in these comics are always so heart breaking to me, they're both complete opposites that help each other in every way and have both went through hell and back a few times over. Two aging friends ready to take the world again

"Star Platinum: The World" does not exist anymore, and has been replaced by another familiar face. What I'm trying to say is, Jotaro is not dead, but rather reborn. Same with DIO, and Jolyne. Jotaro Kujo is none other than...Johnny Joestar. DIO is not Diego, but rather Funny Valentine, and Jolyne is...well, we don't know.

I love that before this bit Jotaro is emotionless in his tone untill he gets to 2:25, and you can hear that he thinks it's funny that Dio told him everything he needed to know to defeat him.

Jotaro and Joseph getting Josuke to confess to Okyuasu breaks my heart. Speedwagon lost his Jonathan. Joseph lost his Caesar. Jotaro lost his Kakyoin. And Josuke got to have his Okuyasu. While the other two watched. They watched the generational pattern of losing a best friend/lover being broken, In unbelievable agony and grief. Never to be able to live with theirs. Josuke is one lucky man.

I'm surprised nobody is talking about 9:48 I had to pause the video and walk out of the room in order to process this. Fucking Christ this video made me feel alot of things
