I’ve been getting caught up on your videos and I just pulled a 3406b I had in the shop out to rebuild and swap into my truck with a big cam 😂 so glad I’m not the only one.

That's a clean install, the days of driving the Mack will be long over lol, you've got the power of todays newer trucks with the reliability of a mechanical engine.

@@adammoe2061 Whats funny. I’ve straight up flew past the new volvo with supposedly “600hp” in my Cat 3406E 550 horse. I’ve also passed teucks with the newer Cummins “X15” that are supposedly the hottest thing out. CAT still wins

@@josefastboats5874 yes I have a Cummins ISX 15 that’s the slowest bitch ever. The funny thing with Cummins is that there is 3 different types of ISX engines. Performance, efficiency, and productivity series. Most people think all ISX is the same and that’s how Cummins marketing screws the consumer.

Sweet engine swap! Congrats on getting Old Red back on the road, going like a scalded Cat! Looks like that engine should serve you well, hopefully for many years to come.

The only thing that I didn’t like about the old red was the engine , now you change that to the cat 🐱, it’s literally dream truck , respect ✊.

Ain't nothing like old Peterbilt you done a good job on that truck my dad drive one for almost 30 years 19 84 Peterbilt 36in sleeper 13 speed

I love the big Cam Cummins motors but those old cats are awesome too. Looks like a nice job of installing and it sounds like its running smooth. Best of luck with the Pete, she's pretty much a new truck now. 👍

Love the kitty. Red now sounds as good as she looks. My experience with Cat is that you pay more up front but in the long run they are cheaper to run. 🙂
