It's cool that you didn't bash the woman whose animals cause this problem. Sometimes people are just trashy, but sometimes people are elderly or otherwise limited, and it's nice to see you be pretty understanding about it.

Or they have a diabetic dog I’m going through a divorce in a pandemic and the dog keeps peeing on the carpet and they don’t know any better they can’t clean it with a carpet cleaner and their parents own place and don’t wanna put down different flooring and then you have a hot mess.

I kept looking for all the special fixes, and I tried Works toilet bowl cleaner on cat piss, on concrete and it worked really well. You can see it bubble up, bring the stuff to the top. They have these other bio sprays that work on odor.

What do you recommend for old stains that have dried up and are below the concrete surface? Works TBC recently changed their formula so it doesn't contain as much hydrochloride as it used to.

Hi, I have a room where there was, to my knowledge, minimum puppy pee. I hit with chemicals. Then Zinzer oil base three times. Smell is still faint, but it is a chemical odor. to rework this I don't know if I must grind all the zinzer oil base down. Any suggestions. ( To my knowledge puppies pee downward and not against the wall, but I hit the drywall too with this same procedure. Can you please recommend something?????? I am willing to buy stuff but want to avoid the five figure bill for something I could hire if needed and just work the essential parts that I should not get involved in as a layman. Thanks ..

Do the walls need to be cleaned too? We walked through a townhouse recently that had the same situation and the whole place needs to be disinfected. Will it need to be done monthly, or is one shot good?

@@ModernCurbAppeal how about in a basement when there’s not many windows how long would it take to air out which is a door in one small window and another window in a bedroom off of the hallway because we had carpet down and we pulled the padding up but we got quite a few spots by a diabetic dog?? Would you still suggest using this and how long will it take for this toxins to be out where people could come back in along with the animals and it be safe?

You have tenants, and like a lot of owners of rentals, probably know the following: 1) "I have a dog/cat, it's house trained" 2) "I'm moving out, and sorry to say my dog/cat had 'accidents' now and then" 3) "if you try deducting from my deposit for odors, I will fight it" This is why so many rental owners say 'no pets' If the pet owners knew the high cost of eliminating the odor, even if they are normally responsible people, they will refuse to pay, even though they are at fault. The partial fault is allowing pets in the first place. Someone should start a company that sells 'pet mitigation bonds' purchased by renters that pay for the clean-up. If the tenant refuses to pay for the bond, they will have to find a different rental. The cost of this cleanup is not small.
