What kind of rig is that?

Have you ever used vinegar for urine spell? I had a garage in house I bought that was used as a puppy mill. Had no clue, tried bleach and did nothing. Friend who owns kennel business said to use vinegar. Went to Home Depot bought whatever they had. Dumped it on let sit a while and hosed out. Smell was gone. I couldnt believe it. Guess chemical reaction happens.
