Performance Psychologist Michael Gervais - Fear{less} with Tim Ferriss
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
Fear{less} features in-depth, long-form conversations with top performers, focusing on how they’ve overcome fears and made hard decisions, embracing discomfort and thinking big.
It was produced by Wild West Productions, and I worked with them to make both the video and audio available to you for free.
Spearheaded by actor/producer and past podcast guest Vince Vaughn, Wild West Productions has produced a string of hit movies including The Internship, Couples Retreat, Four Christmases, and The Break-Up.
In 2020, Wild West produced the comedy The Opening Act, starring Jimmy O. Yang and Cedric The Entertainer. In addition to Fear{less}, their television credits include Undeniable with Joe Buck, ESPN’s 30 for 30 episode about the ’85 Bears, and the Netflix animated show F is for Family.
Please enjoy!

I can highly recommend both his book "Compete To Create," as well as his course "Finding Your Best" to anyone here looking to better themselves, their craft, and/or their mindset. He is the real deal.

Hi Tim- You did a podcast in the last year and made reference to outsourcing every day business tasks to MBA grads from India. I am hoping you can point me towards that program, link, etc. I know this comment is not about this podcast but not sure how else to get a message to you. Love your work!
completely underwatched one
Tim interviews a lot of interesting men
09:00 it was peaceful 80s :)
Chapters would help a lot when people get bored with a section
I would be really interested in re-interviewing this guys, because the Seahawks fell apart after that Super Bowl and the defensive players hate Pete Carrol now. Now Russel Wilson wants out. So clearly the philosophy that the Seahawks were built on only worked in good times and the way up but fell apart when adversity happened.
Definitely Tom Cruise
there's trauma release to see JULLIEN BLAN AND OWEN COOK
Suddenly Tom Cruise is sane?
Tim and crew always on discovery what is already discovered but if you can do it with less responsability than it is in original, warm watter thing. Say it is Jesus Christ, you repeat same thing but isolated, without love and asceticism. Man, start to be borring...
Fear is the absence of love.

Rubbish. Tell me you lack love standing at the edge of a cliff. Or when a grizzly bear is looking at you like your its meal.
@MigueTran

@@AJ-ds5gf You are afraid of the edge of a cliff only because you lack love towards death. likewise with the grizzly bear. If your love was high enough, you wouldn't be afraid of these things.

@@MigueTran You embody the absense of common sense 🤣Fear is not defined by the absense of anything; fear is fear. It is the most fundamental and irreducible emotion there is. One can be in love but still be fearful: you're in love with a girl but you fear losing her. No amount of love can reduce that fear, it always exists and should be framed as a signal for you to not to become complacent in the relationship. Don't abandon common sense in your pursuit of "spirituality" 😂
@MigueTran

@@AJ-ds5gf @AJ This is not a personal attack but you are nowhere near the conscious level to realize any of what I'm saying. In your example, you don't love her. You are attached to her. She is the source of your happiness. You are leeching her. You are using her. That's not love but selfishness. Love = unselfishness.
@AJ-ds5gf

@@MigueTran Bro, I can smell the new-age "spirituality" all over you. You've fallen into a world of nonsense. If you believe as you do, go sit in a cave without food and people and see how "loved" and "loving" you feel. Reincarnate youself as the next Bhudda 🤣
