    debunking too many thoughts,projects before entering game,cuz some can be wrong;you may treasure energies to reset yourself during game,before being defeated

    His exhale is more forceful and faster than he verbally instructed. He did say 4s inhale, with a pinch at the top, 8s 'slow' exhale with pinch at the bottom. Not at all what he's demonstrating. Also, what's with the longer 'pinch' 'breathhold' he's asking them to do? This is not 'a pinch' - he's asking for much longer. He also appears to be slouching. Disappointing...😞
