yeah, Gaijin has an entire ocean to spawn people and they produce a traffic jam at spawn - THAT is a perfect summary of Gaijin

Give naval ec a try it’s much larger maps in real world locations

Given that Furutaka and Aoba are at the same BR I was genuinely surprised to see this thing end up at 5.7 and not suffer Gaijin's usual Long Lance tax, I was expecting something more like the Takao-class Maya in its late refit that had one of its turrets removed. I pray that in the future Gaijin goes back and looks at some of the more insane BRs for Japan's light cruisers like Isuzu at 5.0 and Agano at 5.3.

Agano used to have amazing AP but Gaijin removed them because never used IRL. And they didn't adapt Agano BR. Meanwhile we get Soviet Fantasy Kronstadt.

Myokou is a hidden gem really I literally grinded the entire tree just with her in no time at all I love it she is a true recommendation

Japanese AP rounds are quite magical with the large filler and also the long fuze delays. Even waterline hits always penetrate deep and rarely do they care about turtlebacks if the rounds have the penetration to get through

I may b1tch on your videos, but after trying it myself, Sir I gotta say that you nailed it 100%. It gets exhausting with matchmaking against a Krons or Alaskas etc with Mikuma. Those easily smack me with their secondary's. EDIT: Even Myoko goes in 6.7 a LOT, but at least I can smack a ship or two as it has better guns.

Solid premium cruiser not the best and not the worst.

I think it is somewhat sad, that most reviews are based on the BR and matchmaker dependence. Ships at 6.0 are just not feasible because all are facing at least some 7.0 match.

How do you destroy the ships so easily? I shoot and shoot them for ages, hitting them but can never sink them. I’m new to the game.

IJN and me never worked good, only good thing are the torpedos I rarely use, the lack of AP rounds on destroyers is rather frustrating. I never got over them to continue with the rest of the tech tree. Only thing i managed to unlock was the IJN Kako, I thought "finnaly something good" heavy cruiser at 4,7 hell yeah. But then i realised its worst then destroyers :( only thech tree i skipped spading...

Don't blame the IJN for lack of AP shells on DDs Blame gaijin for their half-assed Damage models.

Try using spamming the long lances in AB. That will get you past the destroyers pretty quick. Also Kako is a decent ship if you know how to use her.

the best way to use the torpedoes is launch all of them at the start into potential chokepoints at intervals and then reserve 2 for close range encounters theres a reason it was one of the best if not THE best torpedo of the war

Doesn't work for me, few hits and ammo explodes. Pretty bad ship. Also gets in battles with higher BRs, so forget it.
