The juice in the bag is spiced and salted The chicken is basically brined.. Follow instructions add time in the oven for more browning,, Chicken will be moist and falling off the bones. Chicken should be at room temperature before placing in the oven,, B4 placing in the oven, Turn the bag over and over to make sure all of the chinken is brined properly.. $9.00 here in new haven CT

Ok I got one a long time ago and followed the instructions it is juice but lacked flavor in the breast meat but the back was delicious, so what I did the next time was split the time, cooked it one hour and five minutes on one side then turned it over and finished it on the breast side so the seasonings would get in the breast, it worked. try it.

Or what you could do is season a bird with your favorites and cook it in a oven cooking bag that you can buy. The bird will come out tastier than a prebagged bird but still wont be crispy. Thx

Could you remove from bag last 20 minutes to add seasoning and obtain color
