@@SnanSYTP if you think your company cares about you you’re sadly mistaken i’ve been working with the company long enough to come to the realization that no matter how hard you work for them they still will look at you as a expendable number that will replace you with no hesitation if needed .

each year you get a week vacation, 1 year = 1 week, 2 years = 2 weeks and so on

I never heard of a job where you get a week vacation for every year working for a company. I’m with PepsiCo Foods and it’s 2 weeks starting out at full time and then there’s an extra week added on every 5 years so.. 5 years- 3 weeks 10 years- 4 weeks Etc.

It depends on where you’re out of some locations are unionized and have different vacation terms
