Do they reimburse for gas ? If not have you calculated do you pay more in gas . Then what you actually make. You seem the type to make the most money you can . (Hard worker) same here. Example you make $765 with 45 hours a week . I am assuming it is weekly pay . And with that being said what do you pay in gas ? Roughly around $300? ($765 -300=465) Let's say roughly -200 in taxes (465-200=265) So ($265) is really what you profited from working that week? And that is what pays the bills . So roughly 1 week 45hrs ($265) 2 week 45hrs( $265) 3 week 45hrs ($265) What you make in a month ($795) What are your thoughts ? What is your lowest monthly check . And your highest. Will you post hours beside the monthly wage. Thank you so much for giving us all an insight of the company . Most importantly being honest about it. I am considering applying . But I want to know if I would really be benefiting . Technically if your paying out of pocket for gas and they do not provide it. Your not making $17 hr. Some of that hourly wage is split into gas every 100 miles in my car is $10 in my tank . And every 100 miles is about 1hr and half or more in distance . So take from $17hr drop your hourly pay for the first hour or so your working . Just to pay yourself back in gas . My last question would be how does your work day look like . Do you get only a certain amount of stores just in one day and are you put on a certain time limit once you login . They already know how long it will take for you to get the job done . So how long do they give you in each store. ? Thanks man for everything.

In CA this same job is paying $24.75 as a Delivery Specialist.
Yo bro how many miles per week do you put on your car from working ?
Great information.
I’m in Baltimore Maryland we get paid weekly. Union signed a new CBA last year that bumped pay HERE. You start at 19.71 an hour I believe.
I got offered an order replenishment merchandiser for a night shift 3pm-11:30pm for $25 an hour. Is it worth working nights?
That mileage is crazy bro
So if I wanted to go see my cousin over the weekend, and I didnt want the pto just to have the weekend off, would i be able to do that? Or would they count it as my pto?
What do you like about the job?
In CA job is paying $24.75 - $27 as a Delivery Specialist Class A license....Merchandiser $20 - $27 depending on need and location per their website. Just realize how terrible Texas overtime pay is. In CA we get 1.5 x per overtime hour worked. But then again, CA living cost is much higher than Texas so it all balances out in some way or form.

sales rep is the person who places the order for stores. They are on a different pay scale because they make money on commission + the hourly rate they have. I’m not really sure what that is but some guys said they money is good.

Its been 2 months ago so this may not matter but I am a sales rep for Coke. We do merchandise as well. Our pay is based on salary plus a nickel for every case sold. It's a decent living but having a good relationship with your merchandiser is key communication is imperative. You can quickly watch a store go to crap if salesmen and merchandisers are not on the same level.

I briefly worked as a Pepsi merchandiser in 2021 and they didn’t pay us to travel to work or back home. I had 3 stores once which were like 1, maybe 2 miles apart and I had to travel at least 30 miles to get there. So I only get reimbursed for 2 miles? Such a BS job lol
bar none one of the worst jobs i ever did. so glad i got out of the bottling industry. shitty management, back breaking work, and the only way you make money is by working over time and picking up stores. as stated in this check. you worked so many hours to receive a check which was honestly not worth the 70 plus hours you put in for it. on top of the fact the wear and tear on the vehicle and waking up early in the morning every day. what a miserable life style. but to each their own. now i work for Costco making 35 an hour, only working 40 hours a week and making over 70k with benefits not feeling like a total piece of shit. good luck out there, hope you find a way out.

To make really good money as a merch you have to work a ton of hours. Extra hours five days a week and coming in on your off days. Once you divide the salary by the total hours you have ended up working you quickly see it's not worth it.
