  My facility pays 21.50 starting with two 50 cent raises per 6 months. After that it is all based on inflation annually. Honestly, I would avoid them, because some of facilities hire felons, and if they decide to come to your facility, then you are going to deal with risks of job security being threatened due to workplace violence.

  My pepsi warehouse has many felons and gang affiliated people. Tbh, all of them are great people to work with. I'm a nerd, unaffiliated with any gangs or no criminal background, but these people are great workers, and I see it daily. But yea, it may depend on facility to facility. Most of them won't fight unless you start shit, because at the end of the day, most don't want to lose their job over altercations, but they're not punks either.

  The Pepsi facility I worked at had strong seniority environment. So the people that been there longer can have their own jacks. I am guessing it was marker to tell the new guys to not touch them. I have seen some of them painted.

  @@jasonyoung9329The best tip i can give you is find a new job cause this one sucks . but in the mean time im gonna give you the most realistic tips the higher ups will never tell because they are so out of touch with reality. Fill the coolers at the cash register checkouts first to avoid people getting in your way, and Don’t be afraid to cut corners because trust me unless you want to work 10-12 hr days everyday you have to cut corners and not fill everything sometimes . it’s just the way it is

  I never heard of a job where you get a week vacation for every year working for a company. I’m with PepsiCo Foods and it’s 2 weeks starting out at full time and then there’s an extra week added on every 5 years so.. 5 years- 3 weeks 10 years- 4 weeks Etc.
