Are the players at Chelsea mid players at best or elites in their own right, why can’t pochettino do squat with them? How many managers had a stacked psg team? Isn’t Tuchel in a stacked Bayern team? Pep’s style of play has revolutionized an entire generation I’m not saying he’s the greatest but he’s up there and you know it.

​@@pvgospel7341 He really is tbh. If any half decent manager could do it then they'd all be in the top jobs. Look at Nathan Jones, personally I rate him as a manager as I saw the job he did at Luton (QPR fan) but he was way out of his depth at Southampton and made himself into a bit of a laughing stock. It's not just tactics or coaching. There's plenty of excellent coaches and tactical geniuses out there who are better than Pep when it comes to that area but being good at one thing doesn't mean you make a good manager. Same thing goes for just being a motivator, Neil Warnock and Ian Holloway are excellent motivators but never had a top job and spent the majority of their career in the championship. A top manager needs to tick ALL the boxes while also recognising areas they struggle in and bringing in coaches who can be on board with them and implement their vision. Very few do but what Pep has done in the past 10 years is genuinely revolutionary. He doesn't even make huge changes either, just little things that all add up and ends up becoming a game changer. Lots of teams are implementing variations of his tactics, even the team I support has started playing a tall CB as a RB recently and it's worked wonders.

He took over at bayern and got them dumped out of the champions league by Barcelona, a year after that Barcelona side had been thrashed by that same bayern team. He masterminded a CL final loss to Chelsea and a semi final loss to lyon. He's not the best. He's not even in the same class as Klopp or Mourinho, never mind Alex Ferguson.
