She have no clue about cases! "Mi smo sad u grad" the proper sentence would be: "Mi smo sad u gradu" which means "We are now in town". "i mi smo na shopping" is not even close to proper sentence "i mi smo u kupovini" would be correct.

"mi smo sad u grad" well usually if you are implying that you are in the city you would say "mi smo sad u gradu" so you add a u at the end also when she said "šoping" in that term you would add a u at the end as well Also she said: "we are now in the city,we are shopping and after we will go home"
