When they say "clipper" they mean the pen clip you can use to put the pen in your shirt pocket. It's all metal on the outside and solidly built. One note it says 13 pieces on the box so I'm guessing they're either counting the empty socket where the bits go as a small nut driver or the clip is the 13th "piece". Either way this is a nice compact and useful tool. I'd say if you need something like this it's worth the money. It was 16 bucks Canadian at time of filming this video.
