Returning to fishing after years of no fishing. Discovered your videos and am learning what I forgot and what I never knew. Great stuff you are providing and your video examples and underwater views are wonderful Love your style and you keep it fun and interesting. You would be a kick to go fishing with even if I never caught a thing. Your video content never gets old so viewing what you recorded years ago is still of great value.

@@FishinNStuff yes pvc pipe to fit the diameter of rod guides 1 end cap seal with pvc glue add padding each end under cap other end screw flange of larger diameter glue finish add screw cap so you can pull rod out if you cut small sleeves and glue at middle or each end you can strengthen the pvc so you can drive over it and doesn't damage rod inside as it makes the middle of the pvc flex so strong the carry handle either rope or strap or with clips either bolted in or pop rivet better making clean seal and you can spray it any colour or have sticker fishing N Stuff logo on the sides of pvc so you can use rock fishing lower your rod off the cliffs without damaging rod on rocks and have 2 hands free to climb down rocks or rope or can put on roof racks of car or inside of car to carry without hooks in your car You will just make it better really mate there are fishing sites that do it but i just like your style of making things i have made so many of your products watching your work

For a long time I could not find any slip floats here in South Korea. I had a pack of little 1 1/2 inch Betts peg floats that I wasn't doing anything with. I took a left-over Lollipop stick from one of my daughter's finished Chupa Chups. I ran that through a peg float and they make pretty decent little slip bobbers. They fight tight so I don't need to use glue or anything to hold the stick in place.

Then I used Needlenose Pliers to straighten the bend, pulled out the spring, and top push peg, but left the other two in as my main pegs as my float. Easy hack, and if weighted? The weight comes out easy too. I save all parts🤭

I know but catfish aren't attracted too colors just scent , and the deeper you fish the less color matters , and most people are trolling 30 ft or so . Can you do a segment on slip bobbers with a list for fresh and salt water? I searched youtube and the internet and cannot find a video on hos the bobbers with slits are suppose to work and hacks to keep the line from coming out the slit, even with the pegs in place. I found one video of a guy asking for help in keeping his line from coming out of his slip bobber with a slit and it was a hugh bobber. Since you like a challenge this one should give you plenty of ideas. Keep wetting the hooks.
