Just a little addition to the straw hack, the little straws that go to each water balloon in those "Bunch of Balloons" packs, is exactly the same size as a WD-40 straw.

I was curious about that. My granddaughter gets those water balloon packs every summer. No I know to save the straws. Thanks for the tip.
Have you considered boat hand towels? Old dish towels/thrived store. with grommets (Plastic).Plastic shower curtain holds, Carabiner… think golf towels. Clip and stay put don’t fly out of the when moving…
To go along with your melting lures back together, use a sharp tip soldering iron to melt them back together. For years I used a crappie jig that wasn't sold in my area. Before they would get totally destroyed I'd melt them back together using a soldering iron and glue them back on the hook. Those things would last forever.

On your hack number 6, I use a piece of PVC trim board from Lowes, its about 3/4 thick and just cut off how ever much of a length you need and glue it, works really well
You can pick up 3 packs of cutting boards, cheap, at stores like Ross, T.J. Max, Home Goods. But I agree with you, to just get a new one for the kitchen, and recycle the old ones in the shop! I have a small stack I use all the time in my home shop, for cutting and crafting. They make a good cooler dividers / cutting board, on big coolers! Or small outdoor rig tables w/ a cup holder, inserted in them, on a beach rod holder. And you can work with it like wood.
Every spring, gardening stores sell closed cell foam knee pads similar to the mat for about a dollar each. Now I'm not vouching for any similarities in durability but I'll guarantee one of those little squares ain't that cheap.
Dude's a fool. I mean that in a good way. From his little talking lure to his screamin' fast bass boat, he is excellent! One of the most enjoyable personalities on the int err rent. Thanks.
Love the transducer mount hack….It was Awesome!
The WD-40 isn't a good idea because it's a petroleum based oil, which pollutes the waters. I would recommend using Pam butter flavored cooking spray instead.... 😉👍
Love the hacks bud. I used coffee straws and super glue to make my sinker slides and they work great.

Do you have any problems with braid cutting thru? I use these in the surf and am gonna give it a shot.
@Popareeno

@@JoeDeLuiseno issues at all in lake's and aqueduct but I haven't tried using them in the surf yet. I would recommend to try both coffee straws and spray can straws. I also used sewing thread to wrap around swivel eye & straw to help keep in place.

Sweet tip on the lighter and soft plastic lure mend! I always fish with screw locks to make them last longer or use superglue, but this is AWESOME!

I have an industrial laser cutter and when I have time I cut those anti-fatigue mats with it for toolbox liners, gun case liners, safe shelf pads...they're cheap and have a lot of uses! I got these ideas from one of your bucket hack videos!

When you say Awesome, we know they’ll be Awesome! 😊
Hey BILLY it’s me again two things one the WD-40 straws that you bought online do you know we’ve been doing it for a long time up here in Maryland but we go to 7-Eleven and get a coffee strip straws and they’re free and we all knew anything that’s free is the best second of all the mounting board for the transducer that’s a polyethylene board they use them and all grocery stores to cut meat on a lot of times you can go to the grocery store when you’re doing remodels and get as much of that stuff as you possibly can use justThought you’d like to know have a good evening Billy
We use sinker slides up here in the North East for the fishfinder surf rig. Even if braid cuts thru the straw after a day's use, it's still way cheaper then buying them. And it may not, im definitely gimme try this one!
your lure is coming up with some better jokes! That's awesome 🎣
Awesome to start with the Lure
Another great video. Love the hacks you come up with. Also, you and your lure buddy are a great team. An "awesome" bonus for watching your videos and have come to expect seeing him. Good stuff my friend!!
Just received my red straws. Grabbed a hand full of sinkers and gave it a try. Works great. Thanks
More great ideas. Thanks for sharing these ideas with us!
He'll ya. Waited for a new one. Good job brother.
You got to admit it. The talking plug does steal the show on occasion. But both of you do make a good team . A human and a talking crank bait. Now that is awesome.

Hey man. Looks like you have some hackers. Got a strange message.
Good info as usual. Going to have to pick up some of them straws and my wife a new cutting board.
For the transducer mount, I used 3/4 inch pvc deck board. Works great. Awesome video.

Great ideas right there . Always enjoy watchin ya hacks . Son saids ol Luwe lure is a hoot.. 👍👍👍👍Keep’em coming
I like the rod holder/nav light idea. I made a nifty rod case using Berkeley rod holders and a cheap China made rifle case. Holds 6 rods and protects them well.
It's a foam pad, fam. You don't need to trim the bottom of the bucket, the pad will adjust itself. Just fip the bucket right side up and throw some weight in it while the glue dries.
When I see you , I pull you up. Then I get a coffee and prepare for some info and a good deal of fun. THANKS from T.C. MICHIGAN!!!!😊
Brilliant idea for mounting my transducer on my sundolfin 12 I got on Saturday 🇨🇮❤️🙂🎣thanks for the video 👍

It's really pretty simple he started with a few hacks people came to watch them now he has 200,000+ resources for new and/or better hacks. Definitely genius! I love the first one I am forever having to cut lines because I have no where to keep my poles without them bunched up together and getting tangled up, I will definitely be getting some broom hanger thingies! 😂
Awesome as always! Great job and thank you for what you do!
Great tips, Keith! Simply Awesome!!!
Well Now That's Purty Dang Awesome Right There Y'all lol 😁,, And I See The 🐟 is back, Awesomeness lol 🤣
Man, how could somebody not like these videos ? Huh you ain't crazy are you ?!!! I haven't seen one of your videos that I didn't like. You gotta be runnin outta ideas sooner or later. You should ask your viewers for hack ideas, and voila a new video. You know what I mean ? Bet you'd get some good stuff. And you probably wouldn't have to worry about those esky infringement things. Keep up the good work brother. God bless you and your family and have a blessed day my friend.
Good video Keith! I am using the cutting board hack myself. Works really well. But what I did was to glue up2 pieces of cutting board together with gorilla glue, then mount it when dry. For putting it on the boat I did the typical screw mount but I always put ton of silicone as a backer and put it in the screw holes. Works excellent!
I love the conversation with you and the lure. I be laughing so hard. He's definitely the star of the show lol. Been wondering who voices him 😆
I have been using plastic stirrers, 5000 for 4$, to put in sinkers for a fw years. But I wanted something heavier for making bobbers. These would work. For the sinker slides you need to make then using paperclips, it was your idea to use paperclips in the first place. With the 3M sticky pad they can come loose if they get hot/warm enough. Just an FYI.

RV dealers have eterna bond tape, use it around the perimeter and it will not come off.
That lighter welding trick has saved my day more than once.
Great fishing hacks, and Congrats for your 200k subscribers.
cutting board brownie points, cracking me up,
An electric knife works great for cutting foam. Also you could try router bits in a dremel for cutting and making indents in the black foam for storing tools etc..
Definitely going to use some of these hacks! I love your content keep it coming!!!!!!
I really loved the sinker hack. Now that was awesome right there! Tight lines, ~ Manny ~ 🤙🏼
These fishing hack videos are AWESOME
Great hacks. Love the lure comedy !! Thanks for the transducer hack.
Nothing Like innovation to make us better and save some cash!
When using spray glue, spray what you’re gluing and spray what you’re gluing it to. Helps with a better bond

If you want a cleaner cut on your foam mat you can cut it with your band saw.
Hacks #2&3 were AWESOME!! #4 was discovering a technique that open poor bait makers use all the time, 👊 and for #5, you can 1) switch to using a Dremel tool to grind away the tabs, or 2) if your cutting with a blade, use heat to soften the plastic where you cut. The foam will reinforce the bottom enough to compensate for minor softening.
Enjoyed this educational tutorial. Lol. As usual you are entertaining and informative. Looking forward to the next show. Til next time...A.M.F.!
Use those straws with styrofoam balls(ebay or amazon) makes great slip bobbers. I run large needle thru styrofoam put a little silicone on straw, run thro hole.
Great video, totally enjoyed, really like those mounts ,can use that hack. Thanks
I really enjoy your hacks. Common sense and inovative.
I collect all the soft plastic lures people carelessly toss away. Then, I use the melting trick to make new ones - some pretty creative looks, too. And they're awesome. Cheap too, and they reuse things trashy people just throw aside around the shore and boatramp.
I did this before I saw this. It definitely works for me. Thanks for all your vids
I rub a screwdriver blade over the ends of all my sliding sinkers to make them smooth! I use a bicycle spoke with a sharpened point to push thru every sinker hole few times to make them smooth inside! Or a thinner wire to do same for sinkers with narrower holes! Electrical wire tubes can also be used for inside sliding sinkers, cut the length, pull wire out of it's tube! 🎣
I also use the WD-40 straws to make my Inurigs now. It's nearly impossible to find the narrow coffee stirrers that everyone used before *and* these are stronger
I'm glad to see Josh getting into it! In more ways than one
This was a really helpful episode! Thank you 🙏 plus the dad jokes were off the “hook”!
That was awesome,as always 👍Thanks 🥇🐟🎣
I like the Home Depot bucket and pole holder idea thanks bud going to do that today

My cast net buckets stay in place now, on the lake and down the road. Awesome hack there buddy!

Coffee stir stcks is what I use on my egg stnkers

A ton of good content. Plastic sinker inserts would have to be my favorite. I wonder if coffee straws would work. If so u could buy them bill for next to nothing in price
Can you do some hacks on mounting a trolling motor to a inflatable kayak lol
as always, thinking out'a the box. Great stuff! 👍😊🥰🥳
great video. luv the fishing lure jokester.
You can also use a lighter to reconnect torn plastic worms. I have used a lighter to weld 2 different colors of worm together and also sued to make a longer worm when I ran out of 9 inch worms.

All six were Awesome!😮
I like that Lure welding part you can use that if you have to and you ain't got enough of them in the boat
Do you think those mop holders will open up enough to use for a kayak paddle holder?

I couldn't do it . My long , back NAV light is longer than the lid . But sorter than the compartment . I have to put on one side then the other
The sinker slide is awsome but I can’t go back to the ones I can’t take off with out cutting my line the ones I use I can take them on and off and only use them on poles that I switch from heavy bottom fishing to bobber fishing.
