That glove light would come in handy when working in dark places when a regular light gets in the way. Like in an attic working on electrical lines

Well, I gotta say from a redneck perspective, I approve of all your testing. And, I gotta say those KastKing reels look like pretty good reels. I'm like you, it's hard to beat the ABU Garcia. I've got 5000, 5500 & 6500, a big Penn that I bought years ago for my dad. I've got a few others, but like most fishermen, I'm always on the look out for good equipment. The only thing you didn't try was casting, but as smooth as they looked reel,'em in they should be good. All in all just might have to get me a couple to try out. I'm gonna tell my wife you shook your finger in my face and said I had to try em out. So, if she calls you, buddy you on your own. LOL ( I'm certain you've heard it all before). God bless y'all and stay safe out there doing all your testing.

My husband and I have been major fans for years. We love watching you and your videos!!! We came up with this idea for night fishing. The dollar tree sometimes have these plastic spheres that are for making circular ice cubes. I used super glue to glue the 2 halves together and screwed an eye into the top silicone opening and put super glue around that. Then the tiny glow sticks fit into it and then the silicone stopper closes and it is a glow in the dark bobber. Then when the glow stick dies, you can switch it out. I have pictures, I'll email you the pictures as well.

for number 7, I personally just take a larger snap swivel and hook it to the bottom of the bobber, then open the snap swivel and set it on the line.

PV = photo voltaic (those are the little boards inside your solar panels that actually convert sunlight to dc electricity)

Funny. I just watched the portable solar video before this one and mentioned the Lincoln hammer crimper. That thing is finer than frog hair. All the crimps are perfect. I did a video converting my boat from simple twin battery to a to a Start and House battery with an ACR and used that hammer crimper on any crimps bigger in diameter than 8AWG wire. It worked allsome. I definitely want to do one of these for the days following hurricanes. We lost power for over a week with hurricanes Charlie, Irma and Ian, so it would come in handy. A DIY setup is expandable and you can replace individual components than a store bought system.

That hammer crimper is awesome 👌

Nicely done. When you have the occasional need to crimp large diameter crimp terminals but don't do enough to invest in high end tools required for doing it on the daily, Get one of the hammer style crimpers for crimping welding grounds. Do a web search for "Lincoln Electric Lug/Cable Crimping Tool". It's easily available and can be used to do larger crimps and does a permanent and fantastic job, especially if you need to do a lot of jumpers of various lengths in 2-8 AWG wiring.

28:49 that’s the reason why lithium is better for batteries like this, a normal lead acid battery that’s 100ah you’d be able to drain it down to about 50% before it’s permanently damaged, whereas the lithium you can run it from 100%-0% and it will be fine, so no need to worry about it

Great video, very instructive but still got to the straight to the point with out any BS. Thank you for the video....
