You guys don't have to "push" all the time. Love yourself, give yourself a little chill. You maybe tired as in physical point of view but in mental too. Take your time, relax a bit, just sit and count your breath. 3 sec inhale 3 sec exhale. Count till 100. Relax your eyebrows and jaw. You will feel better with clear mind

Man i just lost my parents on the accident a few days ago. i lost my girlfriend, i lost my beloved cat that died because of disease. i dont know what i'm doing anymore, i feel like i want to hang myself right now but i just can't. my parents raised me for the better, they counting on me to keep on living... this video really helps me out, especially these comments section that always supporting to each other. to whoever you are out there, we are still living under the same sky. keep your chin up and look straight to the future not the past
