Amazing shots. Just mind blowing. Peace and happy trails.

This video has to have the most incredible scenery that it made me seem to forget to breathe or to blink and if these functions were not done automatically, you might’ve killed with another incredible High Sierra video! My grammar doesn’t work here, but I hope that the gist of what I was trying to say came through.

There are so many NOBO vlogs. This is the first Sierra SOBO vlog I've watched. The change in perspective is interesting.

All of your videos have been great, but the scenery in this video is spectacular. On the river crossings, 2024, depending on this winters snowfall, spring temperatures could be completely different than this year.

Yeah I was surprised how tame they were with the high snow year!

My favorite was Evolution Valley. Did North Lake to South lake a few years back. Wasn't near as much runoff then. Enjoy the journey..

Remember about where you forded the San Joaquin? I did the JMT in 2008 and haven't been in that area since 2011. But considering doing North Lake to South Lake with a buddy in late August/early Sept. and would like to take him on the whole thing and avoid Lamarack Col. Thanks!

Yeah it was a very obvious spot with a side trail! It was right at the far out symbol if you are using the map!

Out of curiosity did you ford upstream or downstream from the old bridge?

Hmm I believe I was upstream downstream is a wild choke point where the current is crazy
