    Had periods that lasted for a month, and my periods didn't come for a month or 2 because of PCOS. So I started changing my lifestyle. I slept as early as 10-11 pm. Then I started doing your PCOS workouts and surprisingly, my period became regular. I get periods every month unlike before. Thank you so much! You are the best!     I am 17 years old and I have pcos due to which I gained a lot of weight and other diseases including hair loss increased and I was more stressed for my board exam. Then I did this exercise for three months and changed my lifestyle. I have lost 14 kg and today my pireod came without any pill Thank you so much mam❤🙏🏻

    I don’t usually comment but I wanted to say that this is exactly what I needed. Some of these moves were refreshingly new to me. The entire workout had me sweating but I didn’t feel stressed like I have when doing other intense weight lifting workouts. I hope to incorporate this into my weekly practice.

    Thank u so much for your beautiful and effective exercises..i'm suffering from pcod for long period of time..running,cardios , zumba didnt work much for my body..also those extreme exercises were very tiring..finally one day i stumbled upon one of your vedios & from that day im following only your exercises...they are very relaxing,& also your soothing voice calms my mind.. thanks a lot Akshaya!! Also i have a request..can you do a vedio on 7 chakra healing asanas please?? currently I'm trying to find the real me & trying different meditation & yoga to heal myself, both physically & mentally..it will be a great help if i get a 7 chakra healing yoga in your voice..i just love listening to you!!

    Nice workout overall but it’s a little too fast with the transitions and each quite quick so time to move to next type of exercise as soon as you’ve got into the groove of one!

    This is an endurance style training, hence the pace. Focus is more on getting the calorie burn. This is only workout style in my channel which is relatively on the pace. All my other videos or focus is only slow controlled movements.

    You can use two 500 ml water bottles :) Simple as that and works just the same :)

    Mix your workouts.. Do a variety over the week. Dont keep repeating same thing everyday :)

    Can u do strengthening workout for lean pcos pls. Nobody is there to help ladies with lean pcos . No cured testimony no successful diet plan .. There is nothing for lean pcos

    My entire PCOS series are for lean pcos too. There is nothing magical videos separately for lean people. You have to do all styles but watch your calories intake so you don't lose weight. Other than that my videos and very nourishing and low impact and can be done by ALL.
