My goodness! I enjoyed this more than I imagined. The workout got we all burned after 10 minutes, a serious cardio workout without the usual high integrity gym machines. Thank you Akshaya ❤️🔥❤️🔥
I haven't start doing the workout yet but I appreciate it right away that you are using calm music. There are really good other workouts out there but I always get so stressed out with the hyped up music. Thank you so much for your mindful approach here!

Thank you for this awesome session.. I have never completed any sessions before I used to skip in between or I stop in the middle but I see myself reaching the end without much exhaustion. Loved your workout.. will keep this in my daily routine for sure😀

Thank you.. had a great sweat sesh with this video. I have a doubt. I exercise at home by following your videos randomly depending on what i feel like doing that day. Is that fine or should i just take one of your video and do the same everyday religiously ? Which approach would you suggest?

You should switch your form of workouts. Just doing yoga would not be interesting. In order to change your fitness routine and see good results - Mix it up. It beats boredom and you will work on various fitness components. If you want a guided routine - you can follow my September Workout Calendar. The poster is on my community tab. ❤️👍🏻

@@movewithagnes okay thank you. I have been doing your workout daily for three weeks now. The first 2 weeks I still ate lots of sugary stuff but from last week I ate very less sugar things and I have found out that I have lost 1 kg in last week alone.
Pls so some video on fat burning exercises for FACE. Ur all video are superb 👌..
