I'm not sure about this it might be good for short haired cats but i have 2 long haired cats. The grooming part don't seem like it's long enough to go down where it needs to go just get the top layer not good enough.

So, let me get this right, you think my cat is going through that hole without bloodshed? I can't imagine who thinks this is safe for humans.

The brushing system is designed to mould the body, it's very safe. I wouldn't subject my cat to anything that I didn't believe was completely safe for him.
