When in Rome, I visited the Opera House for a performance of "LA Traviota"!!! T was spectacular and I cried. I am an Italian born in the USA, but felt right at home in that moment. I only wished I could have shared that moment with my Italian born father & his parents. That was 25 years ago & hearing Pavarotti today, still brings me to tears!!!

No one sing nessun dorma like Pavarotti! He is the best!!!!

I was visiting my mother while on vacation and she asked to watch a program, and I agreed. This was my introduction to this wonderful voice that sent chills down my spine. That was 40 years ago and to this day 8/23/2023 I enjoy listening to Mr. Pavarotti without hesitation. A truly gifted man who shared his love with music to all. I to wish I could have seen him in person.

Ohh my god, I love Pavarotti and I have listened to him before! But at my current situation, going through difficult situation. He made me cry the whole time, and made me reconsider my decisions. Thank you Mr Pavarotti !

What a voice he had, what a voice!! I have goosebumps just listening to him singing Nessun Dorma which is one of my favorite songs from the opera Turandot. And nobody, absolutely NOT ONE PERSON has sung Nessun Dorma like Pavarotti. He is the KING of opera and classical music. He was a genius and a brilliant singer, a true gifted man. LOVE YOU, Luciano, you might be gone but never forgotten. And you will live in the memories and hearts in those who can appreciate greatness and excellent music. Listen to Corelli sing Nessun Dorma. Pavarotti himself recognized his superior voice, particularly in this aria.

It's so flawless that his mouth is open belting out perfection and yet visually, it looks like he's yawning effortlessly. I tear up every time I hear his voice.

What a great tenor Luciano Pavarotti was, taken away long before his time, but he left us wth a wonderful legacy, his voice will live forever.

Beyond his magnificent voice and stage presence he introduced opera to the masses. Truly a joy to watch the 3 Tenors; they appeared to be enjoying themselves as much as the audience.

I absolutely loved listening to nessum dorma and the three tenors, so beautiful it brought me to tears every time, I was just so happy that I turned on channel 13 public TV to watch the entire show of the three tenors... Of course I bought the CD, something I cherish to this day. I thank God for giving us the pleasure of hearing such beautiful music, it truly has touched my heart and always will.

U know thats so true, I like Corelli's version too, but his is too virile, there is something powerful yet gentle and loving in Pavarottis version...i think its his vocal tone...even though he is singing full voice here.

Pavarotti and me 🎼❤🙏 . The greatest lyric Tenor of all, Luciano Pavarotti, was born on this day 85 years ago, on 12th of October, 1935. . I still remember the first time I heard "Nessun Dorma" sang by Pavarotti. . It was one of the most beautiful and moving things that I've ever heard. . I wanted to cry and laugh and smile at the same time, but I had to hide my face that no one will see my reaction. . I didn't understand the power of the Opera back then. I also didn't know a word in Italian, but it didn't matter, because I understood the beauty, the passion and the emotion of it. . When I heard Pavarotti sings "Nessun dorma" it was like he touched the devine and brought it back to earth to share it with us. . From that moment onwards everything changed, and I actually started to like the Opera secretly, just like my late grandfather who met Arturo Toscanini before WW2 and was a great fan of the opera 🎼❤🙏. . Apparently there are some things that pass in the genes... . For me Pavarotti was truly one of the greatest of all. He and the great Franco Corelli will always be my favourites. . When he hits the last note in "Nessun Dorma" and sings "Vincerò" you know that you have witnessed true greatness and you are not the same person anymore, but a better one, due to this devine creation and profound experience ❤🎼🙏 . Indeed music is the universal language and "Nessun Dorma" is Perfection, simply perfection ❤🎼🙏
