This is how we used to be in America..three-four decades ago. I think most of us would agree. We went to school, came home, did homework, chores, chatted with our neighbors and friends, went to church on Sundays, played baseball, went to our playgrounds, talked to girls, snuck alcohol and sometimes hid in the trunk of a car to get into the drive-in. We went swimming, took vacations and played our favorite songs. We even went to concerts if we worked (and valued a strong work ethic) and could afford tickets. And, we escaped many of our dysfunctional homes only if it was for several hours. It was a time when we knew how important that escape to the playground or football games and concerts truly was. We sang along and memorized the lyrics to our favorite songs then to prove it. We socialized face to face. We took the time to build relationships with others. How did we move so far from those chersihed elements in our lives.. Yes, we all must grow up and older, but are we making progress. We used to hold doors open, greet strangers on the street or in stores, now we can't even muster up a hi? God forgive us, bless and help us.

George made everything better🥰
I lived a few minutes away from Wembley Arena, and I went to the concert as a teenager. I had no idea how privileged I was at the time. Watching this performance reminds me that some of the greatest artists found fame in the 80s Inc Madonna; Michael Jackson (as a solo artist); U2; Dire Straits etc. George made this song even better than it already was!

Always fun to find a new gem. GM had control here. Not saying Paul Young wasn’t doing his best but GM’s stage presence and comfort and ease on stage shines here.

Quels talents! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
At least Paul is still with us. They were great together here! Sometimes seeing these of George actually make me ache.
Some people just have that thing that lights up the world. RIP George Michael.
