He is. Maybe not business smart but as a wrestling mind and a Booker hes a certified genius. He can hide the weaknesses of absolutely any pro wrestler and turn them into a star. He gave aldo Montoya a spinning tombstone piledriver and a cocky, vile personality and someone the WWF could do nothing with became ECWs hottest heel and top guy. That's just one example
