When you talk about bars on soi bukhoa asking for 1500 baht for bar fines, these bars are just encouraging the drink queen culture. They put the price so high so people don’t bar fine but buy a couple of lady drinks then go, next bloke comes in buys a couple of drinks and goes etc etc. These sorts of bars people should just stay away from.

@@MrNoobophile there are so many bars, one of the first things you ask is how much lady drinks, the lady you like or buy a drink is do you bar fine, how much is bar fine and then negotiate a price with said lady. As lots don’t bar fine so you are only buying them a drink for there time. You ask straight away to see if they bar fine or are they drink queens, the more information you have up front the better it is for you

Hi Daz. I have met girls and women working in 7 Eleven, supermarkets, shopping malls and passing in the street and working in shops and stalls! You take them for a drink after work then do the business, and no bar fines or lady drinks and pay between 1000 to 1500 for short time! If you are friendly and have a nice smile even the waitresses in the breakfast bars and restaurants will accommodate you also! 😀

I don't want to bring a bar girl or Thai Friendly girl to my condo. So I contacted the Mindhouse in your previous vlog and all went well until i find out that they have to report where you live to immigration. As I am in the process of getting my retirement visa, i do not want to tickle that web. I have seen many comments that say getting 2 cheap places to accomodate compansionship is a good idea. Now I wonder i they are all required to report your information to immigration if longer than a certain amount of time. I've rented a place for one night and no requirements but it would be much cheaper to rent by the month. Again,, thanks for all you do.

I spoke with the manager at Nakorn Siam Botique. Ahe says the rule is that after 3 days they report to immigration where you are. If you are iin the process of getting any visa and the hotel reports a different location the you will potentially cause some confusion. This can turn into a sh!! show.

Yes, that's the law, most places don't bother for 1 to 3 nights, but if you have a contract for a week or more, they must tell Immigration.

I found out by accident because the lady told me. She could have just taken my info and reported it. That would have caused me a big problem

Lived in Pattaya for 6 years and I respectfully disagree about BFing girls off of Soi 6. I have always had decent experiences when i do that. They are not all good for that. And you gotta be careful how drunk you get them, but it is def something you can do. Like any of the places, you have to pick the right girl. Take your time and feel her out. The extra drink or two will be worth it to make the right choice and have a good night. I do agree about the TF thing and I also use the same "go back and see them" strategy, which (in my opinion) makes the experience skyrocket.

I agree with what you said about SOI 6. Very good prices for beverages OR an upstairs tour. Yes, I prefer Gents clubs the best.

Off topic, but I do online shopping at Makro and cook myself. I try to buy in bulk. They do free delivery if you spend 1000฿ or more. But the downside is that there is a 4 hour window on delivery times.

Tijuana, Mexico is a mongering town (but holds no comparison to Pattaya) is a couple of miles from the US border when crossing over from San Diego, and for the guys complaining about Pattaya prices, mongering in Tijuana is VERY expensive in comparison $150 to $120 USD for 1 HOUR from the hottest girls in the top GC (like Chicago, Hong Kong, Deja Vu).

The issue, besides cost with the 9/10's is they are so cold and it feels more like a transaction. They all know they are stunning and therfore if you can bf them they dont perform to the level of most 7/8. The 6, pothole, bars off buakhao down the side streets and jomtien are far better value imo. Ive made the mistake bf the 6 staff and will take your afvise next month to use on site only. Soi 6 has by far the biggest choice and the most pretty girls all in one place , with the best set price by far !

Need some help please 🙏 Do all the Soi 6 bars have on sight rooms? I heard from someone that they do and another that they don’t. When I was there last in January nobody mentioned it, took 2 girls back home with me. Bar fine was 1,000 or 1,200 but after midnight dropped significantly I remember. One girl said “get yourself 5:38 one more drink and wait 15 minutes for bar fine to drop.” That was at 11:45, she was a lot of fun to go around the town with. I know what you mean about beer bars not having the greatest quality but if you try some beer bars you always find a little gem.. tree town, Soi Diana, the new beer bar complex near the Night market...I spend most of my time on those places and I always find a nice cute girl, maybe not a 10 but definitely a 7-8...

The other option is club 7 11. Some guys get their chang and have wander. They never go in a bar only have a grope with girls trying to pull them into a bar. The ballon chasers only g8into bars that are having a party purely for the free food. So it is possible to have a night out on 59 baht maybe another 50 baht for a soda where food is on offer.

@@roccohoon2628 personally I do go to bars . I buy 2 lady drinks per night. As Daz said standard of ladies not to high in bars anymore. Three games of pool equals one lady drink which I think is fair. Not interested in bar fining as I get all my ladies from Thai friendly in the afternoon. I do like to enjoy a beautiful body as afternoon delights. Evening normally less than 1000 baht afternoons a little more lol

Great way to handle the high costs. More power to them.

Some places, including a very cheap bar on LK Metro has a 3 drink minimum before barfine when it goes down from 1000 to 500b after 9pm, which means you only save 80b by barfining late. A certain GC has done away with it's upstairs rooms, which used to be 300b, now, if you can bf a girl, you need to pay 1000/1500 to take them away for ST. This club has definitely become a cuddle club for drink queens, so check before you buy.

Good video, things are getting pricier and pricier at an alarming rate all over the world. My 2 cents is that I think quite a few of the 2nd tier and 3rd tier type beer bars and GCs are getting too greedy with the LD prices and also the bar fines. I think a lot of the prettier girls are leaving for greener pastures so to speak as the too high barfines are costing them customers. I mean my list trip I was chilling at what I consider a 2nd tier bar on Soi Buakhao just people watching and drinking a beer and a lady started chatting me up (hoping for a LD which I did buy her because she was pleasant enough). Just curious I asked her if this bar did barfines and how much was it. I think she said it was 1200-1500 depending on the time of day/night, and she wanted 2500 for her on top of that. Now this lady was nice, but hardly a stunner. 25-30lbs over weight and *maybe* a 5 out of 10 overall. For the bar (and her) expecting anyone to shell out 3700+ for a 5 out of 10 (being generous) just struck me as absurd. Who is paying that? For an 8 or 9 or 10 out of 10 then maybe. I used to see a lot more 8s and 9s on Soi Buakhao, but now not so much. Just a theory of mine, but I think more of the prettier ladies getting sick of bar taking so much and end up costing them money so they are deciding to work for themselves as freelancer

I first visited Pattaya in 1986, and I didn't really partake, because I was 22 and I had a lovely girlfriend in the UK, and I loved her. I was only there because I worked for BA, and it was all so cheap. I do know the girls kept saying 50 baht, 50 baht.... and at the time it was about 35 baht to a pound. I didn't re-visit until 2009 but even then, the cost of 'bar fines' and 'lady drinks' even in LK were really of no concern. Here we are 15 years later..... it is very different. Although hotel prices have not gone up much, nightlife has! LK is a case in point. The price of beer usually doesn't matter. What does matter is lady drinks, the rapid rate at which they get consumed, and the BF. It just isn't worth it. I would stick to the advice given here in this video.

Can you not just do online booking for company ?

What everyone said above me about Soi 6 I agree with. Every place else, including the Gent Clubs that Daz likes to promote, are hit or miss. Soi 6 will always be a hit. I spent a month in Pattaya last year and if I ever go back, 90% of my time and money will be spent on Soi 6. If you are traveling to Pattaya from abroad, you are going for one reason. Don't over complicate your thought process. Spend the vast majority of your vacation (holiday) on Soi 6. Ok, so this is the second time I'm editing this post. For someone who is traveling to Pattaya for the first time, I recommend going to Kink (top floor) once but don't get ripped off by BFing one of the girls. Also, check out Windmill at least once. For the best "bang for your buck", it'll always be Soi 6, imo.

Better value for the money is... Philippines.

One thing I will say is it is much easier to line up a date or three with good looking lady in Phils using Tinder/Bumble or other app. Not sure why that is, maybe a lot more of ladies in Phils are unemployed so got nothing but time on their hands compared to Thai ladies

I was in AngelesCity Philippines and the barfines included the girl…and always LT. Maybe an extra tip for the girl. Barfines were running around ₱4500 as I recall.

It's not really a scam. You're paying for the girl's time and attention. Whether the drink is 40% pure spirits or water isn't really any of our business. The point of the drink isn't to get her drunk!

@@user-oi9to7ux7k just wander around up away from the beach over third road on soi bong koch there are some gentlemen clubs and u will find small bars in the most unexpected backstreets or take the 10 baht bus (song thaew) to na kluea or thepprasit . there are many small cozy places to rent a room cheap ,,just go inside and ask to see the room =)

@@gmm5550 Great points, thanks for the reply. I live in Pattaya now, near Wat Chai. The noise level and congestion (foot traffic) is nauseating at night. Looking to relocate further away, but was concerned about transport. The one upside to this area, everything is within easy walking distance.

So he goes to play *golf* ⛳,but his handicap never seems to improve. Surely you would get better at golf as you play more, no? . . . I wonder where he's *really* been! 😆

Your a good U-Tuber. But his time i really dont agree with you. It quite simple, you get what you pay for. I understand that expants or long stay cant pay prime money all the time. But most GC just dont have the quality of ladies you want to BF. Lately i have tried soi pothole. There is very few bars have ladies that look good. One of the few exeptions is your friend Amon. But places like Buz L, and Mag M you just walk in and walk out. Also most most GC most of the time dont have enough customers to get a party mood. "huting" in open bars is more rewarding, but its a hard job finding the gems. I agree with you on Soi 6. its a better option. It better to BF fewer tinmes with better quality.

@@everythingPattaya yes, i have been a few times. And Play girls. i give you that they have a decent crowd. Girls are 6-7 grade at most. They are decent hybrids with more of a go-go feel. Not a true OGC (Old Gents Club) LOL.

Don't hold your breathe waiting for that to happen. I really don't see Thai government actually going through with reclassifying MJ. The far more disturbing move government actually does seem to be implementing is taxing all foreigners who live there > 6 months out of the year

Don't get me wrong, I follow all your videos... and you provide a lot of good information... But does it really have to be about Bars, Ghent's clubs, bar ladies and bar fines much of the time? As if Pattaya has nothing more to offer? I live in soi Bongkot for 13 years, and I've only had one Thai wife and we still live happily together... can you also highlight the other side of Pattaya, because it's so much more than bars and Ghent's clubs?

I agree with you that Pattaya is not all about girls and bars there is more.. But maybe Daz makes all his videos about it cos that is what his followers are asking. @@locospanish78 Daz does not respond to my question, as I expected... as you say, he posts what viewers, mostly tourists, expect from him... but many expats who live here are not at all interested in Ghent's clubs and bars... . And I understand that he has to run a group, but there are so many more options in Pattaya... in the end it seems like advertising for bars and clubs, and then I'll drop out.

I agree with most of what you say but the quality of the girls in most beer bars has gone downhill dramatically. Overweight, middle aged and many in their 50s asking for 1500 -3000 plus bar fine 400-700!!! If I wanted to date women that age I'd stay in my home country and have them for free. All the hot girls are either online or in gogo club's. Pattaya has lost it's value for money in the entertainment industry.

I live 100km from Hamburg. Dear Brits and all other European, it's not worth it. Go to Czech Republic.

@@mcelmar1234 Prague is in my opinion the most beautiful city i've ever seen (and i was in many european historical cities). Very big offer for different prices but like everywhere it's not cheap. In the border region to germany and austria it should be cheap but i have no experiences with that.

@everythingPattaya Love your videos! I have only ever went to Soi 6 once just isn't my thing. I wanted to say if your in shape and dont look bad Thai Friendly is like shooting fish in a barrel. I never pay more than for a dinner and some drinks. Great normal dating experiences. Just if theres some guys like me that don't like the pay to play feeling. @everythingPattaya In another video you mentioned a Bodybuilder friendly pharmacy off the avenue. Where is this place?

​@@r.d.5117 Hua Hin is pretty good too. I'm looking to live in Pattaya half the year. It has so much more than the girls to offer. Didn't mean any offense. I think guys have a great time and everyone's happy. I'm just not good at that side of it. As for ladys to pick up man! Pattaya is full of them and can get even the FL for a freebie on occasion.

"Alot" is not a word. You mean "a lot". Aside from that, I could not agree more about Thai Friendly if a guy is in reasonable shape. It is full of freelancers and girls looking for serious relationship. A few girls looking for fun too, I suppose. I also dislike Soi 6 (and Walking Street). I recommend buying a month's premium Thai Friendly upon arrival. It's worth every cent. Bugger waiting ten minutes before sending another message on the standard option.

@@r.d.5117 Because many guys who spend time improving themselves and wanting to get away for a couple of weeks aren't looking for serious relationships. Bangkok is too expensive. Phuket has direct international flights but is a little expensive too. Chiang Mai doesn't have a beach and is further from Suvarnabhumi airport. Pattaya has cheap accommodation, a beach town vibe, loads of dating/romance options, and it's very easy to get to from the airport. One can bypass Bangkok entirely. It's set-up for tourism. Very convenient. I agree the beach isn't great (better in Jomtien) but that's the trade-off.

Truly love your channel and the videos sir, but the entire video showing sand and water, 100% not a fan of it.
