And don't think that's not by design. Pats ran the ball more than any other team since the merger that game. They purposely went slowly down the field and got double the time of possession. Mahomes' ridiculous skill gave the Chiefs a chance, but don't let the score fool you. This game was a total domination from a coaching standpoint.

First off he was hurt. Second off, stats don’t tell the whole story. He was still the Mahomes from last year, and he was probably better this year despite what the stats say. I am a huge Pats fan, and I have the upmost respect for Pat. He makes plays that are seemingly impossible. Brady is still the GOAT, but that title could be stripped 15 years later. I don’t see how u can crap on Mahomes, even if ur a Niners fan. Despite the fact that I’m a Pats fan, my favorite player to watch will always be Barry Sanders. I have the same mindset about Pat.

Ford asking the team "was I" in reference to him being offsides is the saddest thing I've seen in sports. Also he really looked like Damon Wayans jr as he said it.

Ben Drescher it’s too bad that head coaches and players are given warnings for small neutral zone infractions once before the flag is thrown. No such warnings were given to Dee Ford or Andy Reid. If this rule had been followed the interception stands. So no it wasn’t a good game.

One of the best AFC games. The defense was as fun to watch as the offense. TB12 #199. Flowers, Hightower, Chung, McCourty brothers, Van Noy, Edelman, Gronk, Michel the list goes on and on.

Edelman is so much fun to listen to. He just talks and talks and says whatever bubbles up inside his head. It's a riot sometimes. And see, there was a point he didn't even know what he was saying! lmao!! I love these Mic'd up clips and hearing the players. I think there was one last week with the SD defensive player telling Brady to stop getting it out of his hand so fast. Too funny! And then one where Edelman says good game thinking they had lost possession and KC was going to win. Love to hear players just say that to each other. Much more spontaneous than the handshakes at the end. The latter are for the TV it often seems.

If the Patriots had Edelman last year, they would've beaten the Eagles in the Super Bowl.
