Wow! Has Pati had some work done? She looks 15 years young in this video! LOL! BTW, this recipe with the chili seasoning AND the serrano chili peppers (including seeds and ribs) will make for a super spicy hot marinade! Maybe you should add a disclaimer to this video so Pati doesn't get sued by male home chefs who don't wear gloves! LOL! Happy Cooking!

doesn't it have to rotate to be rotisserie?

My folks had a polleria when I was a kid and they would sell rotisserie chicken every weekend. They don't remember what was in the seasoning because they would buy it in bulk already made. I have spent my entire adult life trying to recreate that seasoning. I wonder if this one comes close.
