Pati thanks for bringing up the subject of food waste. We're doing our best to use up every thing we buy & not throw away any food by eating leftovers as lunch the next day. & planning a almost exact amount or serving per person at home. We all can do our part.

Shop your frig is such a great line!! I agree totally about the waste we as human don't consume but food rather finds it's way to our landfills. So sad. I grow a lot of my own food, and none of it goes wasted, composted is it's last stop in my garden, back into mother earth. And the cycle just repeats it's self. Those taco's look amazing Pati!!
