Egg yolks add creaminess and rich flavor to the pasta dish.

True. RAW egg yolk? NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. Hasn't she ever heard of salmonella? Way too risky to take the chance, especially in these days with the chickens being fed so much crap to make them grow bigger and faster. Even my late grandmother gave up making meringue 30 years ago when the dangers of raw eggs first became a thing. And she made the BEST lemon meringue pie!

I would use the fish sauce. If you plan to use it look for the 3 crabs pictured on the label. It's Vietnamese and is friggin amazing! Oh and uh, anchovies and fish sauce are practically the same thing.

+Stevie Rogers I was thinking the same thing, but maybe by mixing the "hot" pasta with the eggs it may cook them.
