I love this person’s innovative and super creative ideas. I have been cooking my whole adult life and I have learned at least three new things today from her!
Oh my goodness, this looks beyond amazingly delicious! Will definitely be trying this tonight!

Pasta with buttery garlicky breadcrumbs is SOOO GOOD...
so how do you make the crumbs?
never in my life has there been stale bread in the house
Thank you so much, you're so charming!
add lightly toasted pine nuts and sundried tomatoes in their oil. talk about veggie heaven
Leftover waffles make wonderful bread crumbs
I love her!
nice idea, wonder if there is another way to stick bread crumbs to pasta without egg yolk!
I do spaghetti aglio Olio with the toasted bread crumbs and it's delicious
Italia squisita should review this, RIP italian chefs.

Great cook & lovely personality. Her looks remind me of Dr Beverley Crusher from Star Trek Next Generation…

Probably no one will respond but what’s with the raw egg yolk?

Egg yolks add creaminess and rich flavor to the pasta dish.

True. RAW egg yolk? NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. Hasn't she ever heard of salmonella? Way too risky to take the chance, especially in these days with the chickens being fed so much crap to make them grow bigger and faster. Even my late grandmother gave up making meringue 30 years ago when the dangers of raw eggs first became a thing. And she made the BEST lemon meringue pie!
don't know about the asian fish sauce...

I would use the fish sauce. If you plan to use it look for the 3 crabs pictured on the label. It's Vietnamese and is friggin amazing! Oh and uh, anchovies and fish sauce are practically the same thing.
Cheese substitute
can the anchovies be substituted?
Umm...but the eggs were raw????

+Stevie Rogers I was thinking the same thing, but maybe by mixing the "hot" pasta with the eggs it may cook them.
