His happy face was so cute!!

The adoring look on her husband’s face remind’s me of the pride my dad had when he spoke of my mother’s cooking. He loved having company for dinner and saying, my Annie, made that. She never worried about the labor that it involved. However, my sister and I always made her sit down and visit with the guests while we did the washing up and serving of the desserts that followed. Oh how I miss those days!

Such a lovely adoration from Pasta Grandad! I loved the great selection of rolling pins, my baker husband loved this Grannie!! Thank you for yet another delight, and learning about this Pasta served in delicious broth. Grannie was kind of cute at the end, smile and what do I say now laughing eyes!!! You want to work??!! Fun...

Wow Vicky, big winner here, you know you are watching a pasta master when she has an assortment of rolling pins for different pastas, i'm impressed, it is like a golfer with a bag of assorted golf clubs. That was a very labor intensive dish and it looks delicious, great recipe.

Thank you so much for doing this channel. Watching this video brought tears to my eyes. Both happy and sad. Watch her make the Cappaletti reminded me of when I would make it with my grandmother growing up and even til just a couple years ago. I lost my grandmother in December 2017 and I miss her dearly but this brought back so many memories of my gram. I really needed this today. Thank you so much.

I'm so happy I found this channel. I lived in Piemonte for 2 years and worked with 2 older women who came to make pasta at our restaurant once a month. They would make enough agnolotti to last the whole month of service. they were so fast at it and each tiny filled pasta would be perfectly shaped. Thanks for making these videos. We make cappelletti every Christmas! I’ve never seen anyone else make them, this was fantastic to watch - thank you! Our filling is ever so slightly different, my grandparents were from Umbria (Gubbio and Gualdo Tadino) but I suppose every family has our own recipe. My children keep telling me I’ll have to come to their homes when they’re grown, to “supervise” the making of the cappelletti - I dearly hope they maintain the tradition!

That is a mean collection of dough! Btw, I love her adorable sous chef.

Oh I can't wait to try and make this myself. And the two of them are just so adorable. I love how happy and excited her husband is about her cooking, and how he's helping out too. Absolutely enjoyed this!
