Haha. You are going to save me from mine.
Thanks for making these two videos, I followed your directions exactly and it was a pretty easy success! The plumbing guy at Lowes suggested I replace the spring and seat at the same time and told me how to dig them out and upon inspection the old seat was worn away and torn at the top! Glad I listened to him! So, thanks again!
Nice job explaining, very clear and orderly. I have great confidence I can stop my drip now!
Thank you! Easy directions, good pace, and easy to understand. You're my go to guy for home repairs.
Thank you, now to find the cartridge for my faucet from the 70s. I truly respect the ladies doing it there self. Again thanks
This is the most comprehensive video on the subject. Now I know I can do it myself. Great tips. Thank you for posting!
Stan! Thank You for making these Part 1 & 2 Videos. I finally own my first home and am rather clueless on fixing plumbing even when the fix isn't too complex, like this one. Thanks for the education and savings. Based on the likes, you've helped thousands of people - Much Appreciated!

Thank you for the compliment and thanks for watching! I'm glad these were helpful.
Great video! Two words of wisdom: 1. Make sure the notch is the correct one for cartridge you need, I thought they were universal. 2. Replace the seal & spring located below the cartridge. Great video, saved me some money & earned me Mr. Fix It, from Mrs. J.
Thank you! Glad everything worked out!
Thank you for the instruction! I thought I'd have to go at this from the bottom! Very happy I saw this first!
Thanks for the help coming from a widow of 6 years now. I'm lost these days and have to fix all.
Great tutorial! My cartridge was slightly different. My cartridge came set for hot but I needed it for the cold side. I just had to reset the cartridge for the cold side... Works perfectly now and no more drips! Much easier than I thought. Thanks so much!
2 am I am watching this video sitting in front of my dripping faucet during this pandemic. Ohh yes you just added some strength and confidence in the life of this mom. I just need to order the parts now. Thanks a million.
Great stuff! You did several steps that I would not have thought of (e.g. checking to see which "side" was causing the leak, turning off both cold and hot water.) Thanks!
Well done! You explained it all very clearly and why you do some things, that's so helpful. I feel more confident attempting this myself, wish me luck! Thank you for posting this video!
Thank you so much for these videos! They made changing the cartridges in our faucets so much easier.
Just watched parts 1&2. Thank you! I was able to fix my sink in half hour, including the time it took to go to the store for the cartridge.

Very well done. Thank you for posting this as I am a widow and plan to replace my dripping faucet shortly.
Very helpful video! I have fixed my leaky faucet myself. I did have trouble getting the cartridge out but I soaked it in vinegar and it came out easily then. Thanks!
Thank you for this - I'm married to a guy who's legally blind, so I'm glad to have someone show me these types of repairs. Will save the cost of a plumber!
Thanks man, the instructions were nice and easy to follow and walked us newbies through step by step. appreciated!
Thank you so very much for this video! I am not a 'do-it-yourselfer' but by following your video this only took my 10 minutes from start to finish. God bless you for taking the time to upload. I'm sure this saved me $100's of dollars!

Maybe you save 100 of dollars but by not giving this 100 dollars to the plumber the plumber guy won't be able to spend the same 100 dollars at your (ex) Restaurant. Just saying this cause I just wonder at the end of the day if we all win in that situation ~ We became communist in a capitalist system, don't you think? Can we have both? Mmh!

Thank you for posting this! I was able to stop my leaky faucet by your video!
Thanks a lot for this video! Great tutorial, really appreciate it, it helped me fix my bathroom sink.
PERFECT. Your video was the exact same faucet we have and I was able to go thru it perfectly. I didn't have enough strength to pull straight up on the cartridge and was afraid of mangling something. I tried everything from pliers, to a pipe wrench, to vice grips, to penetrating liquid, to a screwdriver and no luck. I finally had to call in my husband. He popped it right up (of course all my work got it started, right?). We didn't have to replace the cartridge as there was a little piece of what looked like PVC pipe stuck in that side opening. Hmm, wonder where THAT"S coming from...I have been getting teeny bits in the faucet filter and the shower head filter. I cleaned out the green corrosion on the inside copper pipe, realigned the cartridge and pushed it down, put everything back on, and slowly ran the water. There was a weird looking bubble in the flowing water so I checked the filter and cleaned it out again. Now everything is good to go. THANK YOU!!!!
Very helpful. Thank you
Thank you Stan. I'm not mechanically inclined but, you made this simple enough for me to understand and attempt it myself. MUCH APPRECIATED!

Saw the videos Part 1 & 2 and found both very helpful - thank you. Something to share on my experience, I found pulling the cartridge from my faucet very, very hard, almost not able to pop it out without exerting huge muscle power from my Son... others may have this same issue and think something is wrong.
Hi, Stan! This is a great video and I'm thankful for your putting it together for those of us who are trying to learn to take care of the small things ourselves. I ran into the problem that I cannot for the life of me get the cartridge back in! I've tried everything and it's only me. I had to use pliers to put it out, replaced the spring and the rubber piece (cartridge seems fine). Any suggestions for a lady trying to fix it on her own?
Thank you. This helped me with one of our bathroom faucet
Thank you so much this was so helpful
Great video. Thank You for sharing this!!!

Most KZread videos have so much fluff and unnecessary filler material in the video, it can make it discouraging to watch. Unlike most, this is a great video, short, to the point, and clear. Thanks again!
Thank you! Very helpful! I was able to easily and quickly fix the faucet. All I had to do was replace the rubber o-ring.
Thank you so much!
Thank you!
Thanks for the video. Short and succinct! As an added bonus I would have taken the opportunity to clean the faucet area. :) Well done!

Awesome tutorial. Sure the dripping wastes lot of water but it is also so annoying to hear constant drip sound especially in the middle of the night when everything is quiet but the constant drip sounds. Easy to replace. My cartridge came with a spring and a rubber piece so I changed that too.
Thank you Sir.
Thank you!! Lol saved my morning
