Nova Scotia is so beautiful. Thanks for taking us along to places we'd probably never see otherwise. The public garden with all the flowers was so pretty, as were the biking and hiking trails. What a great trip you're having and meeting so many friendly people. You ladies never cease to amaze me at your adaptability and flexibility to the many changes and adjustments that come your way. It's great. Take care and see you on the next one.

Hi! You ladies are truly amazing and inspirational! So glad that you are exploring Nova Scotia. I hope that you will make it to Cape Breton. The west side of the island is particularly filled with fiddle music and traditional dancing, especially around the Mabou area. I owned and ran The Inn at Glendyer, just outside of Mabou for several years. I am going to contact the new owners and suggest that they would like to meet you and I'll bet that they would let you camp on the property. The area by the bend in the river would be particularly delightful for camping. Mary, the next door neighbor has a dairy and she loves to bike and could give you some tips. Just adjacent to the inn is a wonderful biking/walking trail winding along the river.

Thanks so much for posting your adventures, seeing the northern hemisphere and NS especially is terrific. When I was a young teenager, I adored Anne Murray the singer, and that's where she came from, Spring Hill Nova Scotia, I saw her here in Sydney Twice! In concert a great entertainer, and singer. circa '78, 'You Needed Me' was a huge hit down here amongst others of hers.

This was fantastic.👍. It was great to see you both so happy and completely enjoying the local environment. Yes, the air near all that water is pretty special. Maybe you can bring your kayaks back with you someday to explore more of what you saw. You have backpacked thousands of miles, you are bike camping many, many miles, so next could be camping via kayak. We would love to go along on that. 😁. Just be sure to get a waterproof case for the phone, and you are set to go! 👍😄

You need to get two mugs with the Mapleleaf logo on them. In 2007 my wife and I went to Duluth on vacation, drove across the border, and drove for an hour looking for a place we could buy some Mapleleaf coffee mugs. There was nothing on the Canadian side and we eventually just turned around
