Looks so good. I keep wanting to like asparagus but it never comes out good. I think the combination of it being in season, roasting it and the parmesan cheese will make all the difference. I'm definitely going to try this!

I would suggest using a peeler and then peal the bottom of each stalk. Peeling the asparagus prevents a stringy texture.

When I don't have Parm cheese I use mozzarella cheese and it taste yummy also :) I already made this recipe like 5 times and everyone at my house loves it!

OMG. Tried making it for the first time, and it is sooo good! I actually used vegetable oil because I don't have olive oil, and I use the grated parmesan cheese instead because that's all I have at the moment. It is so delicious! I love asparagus, and this is another way for me to cook it :b Thanks for the recipe!

My mom made that exactly all the time when I was little. Some times she would also put balsamic over it.
